This hidden gem in the middle of Palm Springs was a great suprise. The property and grounds were beautiful and well maintained, the staff was attentive and helpfull with renting bikes to dinner ideas. It was also the little things like the cool towells and popcicles by the pool. Cant wait to go back

We booked Sparrows Lodge on a whim and based it off the pictures. It seemed quiet and relaxing which was exactly what we were looking for. Both those expectations were met and then some. Check in was the easiest, the feel and vibe was so cozy. It was the best most relaxing vacation we have ever taken. I have been telling everyone I know they need to book immediately. I preferred the laid back vibe, everyone is so mellow and attentive. The resort is small and perfect you always feel like your getting everyone’s attention, but not in an overbearing way. The grounds are beautiful. We booked a couples massage in the open air tent. I was nervous about it once I realized it was open air and about 102 outside. It was the most relaxing experience ever. I wish we had booked another massage during our stay. The food in the barn was delicious we grabbed lunch while waiting for our room to be ready. We also took advantage of the breakfast and it was fabulous, you would be paying top dollar for what they served and it’s included. We can’t wait to be able to experience Sparrows Lodge in the future. I am also very VERY big on cleanliness of a hotel or resort. I check rooms top to bottom before even opening my suit case or sitting down. This place was 10/10 on cleanliness! Everything was spotless, the linens were perfect, the floors spotless. The shower was the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. We had just stayed in a penthouse in Las Vegas at a 5 star hotel and Sparrows Lodge blew the penthouse out of the park. No comparison how clean and comfortable it was.

God damn i slept like i was in hibernation. but I had to work crack of dawn everyday. I like a solid start and SL loves a great morning continental style kickstart. I was out by 7:15 and put in fairly physical days in the mother of heat waves. everyday I crawled in totally shattered, I was greeted by many of their amazing staff, handed a . cold beer and sent to my room happily to reset. LOVE THIS PLACE! (what's up Samantha, Nicole & Javier)

Sometimes you are fortunate to find a place where things just click. For us it was the Sparrows Lodge. It was our first visit to the Palm Springs area in many years and we had checked out many other properties online but were attracted by the 21+ requirement and the reviews that mentioned the friendliness of the team. We were not disappointed. The rooms were clean and spacious with high quality linens, pillows and towels. Our room also had a very nice and private outdoor area that made the room feel even larger. I think all the rooms have this outdoor area but you may want to confirm. The morning continental breakfast was excellent and is served in a very cool (literally and figuratively) shed like structure that separates the rooms facing the pool from the rooms toward the back of the property that face the fire pits. We also had lunch served poolside which was fantastic. The property is located in a great location with shopping and eateries within a very short walk. There are bicycles with head lamps available for guests at no charge. We used them almost every night to ride to wherever we had selected for dinner. The pool as you would imagine is pretty active but we found other guests were friendly yet very respectful of those of us that just wanted to chill out. At night the entire property is beautifully lit with a combination of fire pits and properly dimmed light fixtures. The turn down service includes two fresh towels and a bottle of Topo Chico...nice touch. The bar does not serve alcohol but does offer beers and great wine based drinks that range from mojitos to margaritas. However what really made us extend our stay was the quality of the people that work throughout the property. A special thank you to Samantha the manager who along with her entire team were a pleasure to be around and very attentive to all of the guests. My wife had celebrated a birthday a few days prior so I ordered a bottle of sparkling wine for our arrival. Not only was the bottle served but the bed had rose petals organized in the shape of a heart along with a birthday card. Again...great execution. One night we met the owners of the property and everything we had been experiencing made sense. They were warm helpful and their care for the property and most importantly their team/extended family was obvious. I don’t write many reviews and am not big on social media but felt that this might be a small way to thank the entire team at Sparrows for a great experience. We will undoubtedly be back and have shared our experiences with many friends.

I found Sparrows Lodge on a list from Thrillist about the best hotels in Palm Springs. The description sounded right up my alley, and we were extremely happy with our experience. We wish we could stay at places like Sparrows Lodge on every vacation. The rooms were exactly as advertised-- dark and cool, which provided great relief from the hot temps outside. We loved that they didn't have any electronics in the room so we could truly unplug and relax. We originally booked a poolside room (cheapest rate) but got placed in a garden room, which was so nice and quiet, and only a few steps from the pool. There are so many thoughtful touches in this hotel, including a tasty breakfast with many options (not your average continental hotel breakfast), sage burning, s'mores by the fire pit, and a glass of sangria at check-in. We were there in the off-season, and it was so hot that we really didn't want to get in the car to go anywhere. Luckily, hanging by the Sparrows pool was such a wonderful and relaxing experience that we were totally happy to spend the vast majority of our time in Palm Springs at the hotel. Usually, for us, a hotel is just a place to sleep, but we're so glad that we splurged a bit on Sparrows Lodge for a truly unforgettable experience! I will be recommending this hotel to anyone I know who's taking a trip to Palm Springs.
