You can't take the old, and musty out of an old hotel with a coat of bright colored paint and loud pounding music. This place is only good for singles who are looking to mingle. The one shining factor was the staff was absolutely fantastic. Blood on the pillow and pillowcase make me not want to believe the room was "sanitized" as touted. More like a motel than hotel.
Love staying here-they had events happening in October for Halloween but were smart with their execution. Love all the amenities and the location! Was able to rent a bike and ride around Palm Springs. I love how colorful the hotel is and their custom service has always been top notch!
I've only been to The Saguro for Splash House and this time it was a trip with my girlfriend and her daughter. I really enjoyed being at a place I associate with party times and fun and seeing the other side of the property: family friendly fun. The staff was genuinely nice and they all seemed really kind and dealt with the Covid-19 restrictions better than some other properties that are rated higher in the star categories. When I say dealt with it better, I mean followed the rules while still providing a fun experience and good customer service.
SUCH AN AMAZING STAY!!! I arrived on my birthday and my first ever time to palm springs. Upon check in the hostess saw it was my birthday, she handed me a birthday card, wished me a happy birthday and went on to ask if I wanted an commentary early check in! Of course I said yes and was so overjoyed to get into our room early. Before she handed me the keys she also mentioned we would get a batter view and be facing the pool! It was such a great start to my birthday and the trip! From there we spent many hours at the pool and the bartender was beyond nice and helpful with suggestions of places to go out to later in the night!! Which was so helpful since there are lot of restaurants closed during this time. Overall the staff was beyond nice, made my trip special and I honestly…
We visited on our honeymoon, during Covid, only to find a lackluster motel. The hotel is definitely outdated and you can tell all they did was slap a coat of paint on everything to freshen it up. For $150 it was not worth it.
