The Saguaro Palm Springs is a colorful hotel in the desert. There's plenty of sunshine, a buzzing pool scene, and lots of local flavor. The 244 room hotel has multiple restaurants, bars, and meeting spaces -- all of which surround a stunning pool location. Designed to reflect the colorful vibrant spirit of the Coachella Valley desert, the bold color palette is the work of renowned architects Peter Stamberg and Paul Aferiat, who have infused the property with hues that reflect indigenous desert flowers.

Vibrant hotel, easy parking, clean room. If you want a spot at the pool you have to go EARLY, they don't have enough chairs for everyone. We had to sit and wait for a spot for a while. They say that the resort fees are charged at check-in but they are not, they're charged after. Very misleading from Groupon. Does not show the fees aren't included when you book. Didn't even have time to get the bikes so wasn't worth it and the wi-fi wasn't good. Employees were friendly though.

Stayed here for 3 nights with a friend for a quick weekend trip. The hotel is older but they’ve done a good job of making it fun and trendy. The crowd on the weekends is the LA crowd - age range 20’s and mid-30’s. Good people watching. The Sunday and Monday crowd was more chill and included more families and kids. The pool was super crowded on the weekend so you definitely need to get your seat early, otherwise you will end up sitting on the hard concrete with your thin towel. On Saturday the pool was over capacity and they had to limit people coming and going and a small line formed. The pool bartender and restaurant staff were great. The customer service for housekeeping needs some improvements. We called on two different days to get our room freshened up and no one came

Overall I would say it was not terrible. The colorfulness and creativity throughout was definitely cute, but the hotel was not as nice or clean as expected. The customer service from the front desk staff was definitely not great either. Not too shabby of a stay though. Pretty cute for a spring break or friends trip because of all the pictures you can take there!

This is a great hotel with potential to become a top property in Palm Springs. I is an aging hotel that they are working on diligently to update and upgrade. With the unfortunate COVID19 fall out with the hospitality industry they are making the best of circumstances and man.. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and fyi ... The tacos and margaritas are the BOMB!

I had called in to try and understand what the covid restrictions were on 3/18/2021 at 9PM and "Brandon" had answered the phone after 6 minutes being on hold after I requested not to be hold any longer. He proceeded to tell me I would "have to wait anyway." Being in customer service for over 10 years, I would never talk to anyone like this. I proceeded to ask him what his name is and he told me "Brandon" and said "what is your name *** ****, huh." Absolutely disgusting that you hired someone like this to represent your company. I would rather pay $1000 more a night than to ever stay at this hotel.
