The Saguaro Palm Springs is a colorful hotel in the desert. There's plenty of sunshine, a buzzing pool scene, and lots of local flavor. The 244 room hotel has multiple restaurants, bars, and meeting spaces -- all of which surround a stunning pool location. Designed to reflect the colorful vibrant spirit of the Coachella Valley desert, the bold color palette is the work of renowned architects Peter Stamberg and Paul Aferiat, who have infused the property with hues that reflect indigenous desert flowers.

I came to the hotel with my friends for a quick getaway. I wasn’t expecting much from the reviews I have read but the service provided at every outlet was exceptional. The girl that checked us was Stephanie I believe she recommends we head to the cantina for happy hour which was amazing with Jose and Erik they are so attentive and make amazing drinks. I will definitely have to come back on my own with my partner.

The Spicy Guava margarita is the most perfect post hike refreshment, and one of the tastiest ones I’ve ever had. El jefe is only 10 minutes from Indian Valley and the vibe is amazing with options to sit fireside, in a boujee jazzy lounge or a colourful dining area. Nelson was such a sweet server with awesome recommendations and amazing service overall. 10/10!!!

Nelson was beyond accommodating and provided a great customer experience for us. Intuitive hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. Was unsure of what I wanted but had the best mescal experience to date.

Great vibe and great staff, but the hotel is in need a of a refresh, or at least a deep cleaning. The hotel caters to a younger crowd, which is great. And if that is you... you will love the place. The hotel has seen better days. Carpet and bathrooms are a bit dirty and past their prime.

Stayed here with my family last week for four nights collectively. We booked our hotel through Priceline and paid the required cost and fees for all 4 days. However, upon checking out, my husband and I both had charges to our cards for unexplained reasons. When I called the front desk to inquire, the man who answered my phone informed me that because we booked though “hotel buster,” we are still charged amenitie fees. We were never informed that we would be charged additional fees after we booked on Priceline, or upon checking in. I find it completely unethical to charge 45/day in amenitie fees in addition to paying for all costs on Priceline (Hotel Buster?). With taxes, my husband and I paid over 200 in amenities to the Sugauro Hotel on top of paying Priceline for the rooms. I find this practice sneaky and unethical.

We ended up staying here due to unexpected issues with our car and from the moment we arrived we were treated amazingly. Patrick at the front desk was super helpful and very welcoming throughout our stay. We enjoyed the pool, the delicious El Jefe restaurant and the yummy margaritas. Also a big thanks to Randy at the front desk for his help during our stay. We really appreciate everyone’s kindness and loved all the amenities at this very fun and colorful hotel. We will be back (and next time it will be a planned vacation).
