Was checked into a dirty room and after requesting a cleaning they never showed. We were told we would be compensated for this but never were. Following, we were moved into a new room that was infested with cockroaches. Management has yet to contact me back regarding the issue. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

My flight got canceled and the airline bought me a room for the night here. I wasn’t expecting much but it was very nice. Pool was amazing, restaurant was really good but most of all the staff was really nice. I lost my voucher from the airline and they called, found my voucher, and even called me after I was home the next day to make sure I arrived safely. Oh yeah and free bikes to use!

Liked · The onsite restaurant, El Jefe, was killer. The drinks were amazing and service there was fabulous. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The view of the mountains from the pool is gorgeous. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience at this hotel ends. Disliked · They are cashless, not a big deal for us but for some people it might be. Hallways did not appear to be vacuumed. Our room was musty and small. The AC unit had mold and dust in it and it was EXTREMELY loud. The toilet was broken missing a piece on the seat. The dresser in the room was broken, one drawer remained stuck out. The pool was a nice area but also needed maintenance. For this to be the most well known pool spot in Palm Springs, the lounge chairs needed to be pressure washed (they were dirty) and some had cigarette burns in them. There was debris on the artificial turf. Eventually we left due to lack of cleanliness and ended up paying for our full stay and also paying for a clean resort closer to downtown. Also- the shuttle doesn't run every day of the week.

My friends and I went for a quick getaway and it was an amazing experience. The service was great and the ambiance of the hotel was amazingly unique. The pool is awesome and the margaritas are the best! El Jefe is super cute and our server/ bartender Eric was great. The food was super yummy.
