The Saguaro Palm Springs is a colorful hotel in the desert. There's plenty of sunshine, a buzzing pool scene, and lots of local flavor. The 244 room hotel has multiple restaurants, bars, and meeting spaces -- all of which surround a stunning pool location. Designed to reflect the colorful vibrant spirit of the Coachella Valley desert, the bold color palette is the work of renowned architects Peter Stamberg and Paul Aferiat, who have infused the property with hues that reflect indigenous desert flowers.

Was welcomed by Ricardo and Jorge at the front desk that started my weekend off right. Very friendly and patient. They had a lot of recommendations which I am grateful for. They really made my weekend amazing by suggesting local spots. Thanks again Ricardo & Jorge!!! Also the pool was amazing in the 100 degree heat. Very cool vibe and I would definitely come back here to layout poolside with some drinks. Food is also great. Christian the bartender was awesome.

I live in Palm Springs and have been in lockdown just as everyone else has. A few of our fun hotels have reopened and I thought it might be nice to just get out of my bubble and come stay at the Saguaro. Delightful Hotel. Pool area is really fun guests are very friendly and the staff is top-notch. One member in particular his name is AJ works at the front desk. I am also in the hospitality industry and I know that it can be difficult sometimes. He is a rockstar. Very kind and goes above and beyond. I hope you will have a long career at the Saguaro

I booked a three-room weekend getaway to celebrate my boyfriends birthday and our anniversary. We celebrated along two other couples. Upon check-in, we were presented with a somewhat clueless front desk clerk, accompanied by an assistant(female) who sat at nearby table providing instructions on how to proceed. Luckily, another clerk from behind the desk named Ricardo came to the rescue and assisted the new clerk with policies & procedures from behind the counter, rather than shouting assistant from table. Upon entering our first room, the air conditioner did not work & room reeked of mildew & cigarettes. Front desk was quick to exchange room, thank you! The other two rooms booked were fine and we all enjoyed rooms next to each other. I booked a 2 night stay and ended up adding an additional night for two of three rooms booked. I requested a room clean on Sunday for our room, house keeping came in and upon my return I noticed an item missing. I called front desk to ask why an item would be removed from my room by house keeping. Front desk later informed me via voicemail that the item was found and was returned to my room. I've stayed at multiple hotels in many states & have NEVER had an item taken from my room. I have a voicemail from front desk apologizing for matter. Although grateful to have my item returned, I will no longer recommend or book another night at The Saguaro. THEFT is NOT OK by any means! I am beyond shocked & upset that they allow staff to remove items to only return upon notice.
