#45 of 78 in Palm Springs
The Saguaro Palm Springs is a colorful hotel in the desert. There's plenty of sunshine, a buzzing pool scene, and lots of local flavor. The 244 room hotel has multiple restaurants, bars, and meeting spaces -- all of which surround a stunning pool location. Designed to reflect the colorful vibrant spirit of the Coachella Valley desert, the bold color palette is the work of renowned architects Peter Stamberg and Paul Aferiat, who have infused the property with hues that reflect indigenous desert flowers.

The Saguaro Palm Springs charged us for items from the minibar that we did not consume. I was never sent a receipt for the charge after checking out, the charge just appeared on my credit card statement over a week after my stay -- SHADY. I had to call their customer service to see what the charge was about and get a receipt, which then showed me it was a minibar charge. Luckily, I monitor my credit card statement quite regularly and also take precautions at hotels because of experiences like this -- so I have a photo of the FULL minibar with a timestamp and date of checkout clearly visible. I have been trying to contact the hotel for over a week, but they do not answer the phone. When I call their customer service line and let them know that I also have a photo of the FULL minibar upon checkout, they said they will leave a message with the hotel and have a manager call me back. This was over a week ago and I have called back twice to resolve and not received a call back.

I stayed at the Saguaro for the 2nd time, and the rooms were so clean, the property was spotless and the carne asada tacos at Jefe were delicious. I was very impressed with the service and the cleanliness throughout the hotel. Big improvement from the last time I stayed there in 2017. I can’t wait to go back.

We spent my sister’s bachelorette weekend here by the pool and Adam was SO courteous, respectful, and kind after a mix up. The staff here are incredible. It was a blast!!! My sister even got a massage at the spa and it was such a delight. Come here for the good vibes, bright colors and community, and sunshine. It’s not uber luxurious because it is an old hotel, but it’s super kitschy and fun. This is my second time and certainly won’t be my last.

We stayed at the Saguaro for a quick last minute girls trip and had the best time! The hotel was bright & colorful and the pool was amazing. There were tons of cabanas and seating areas, and the bar had tons of refreshing and delicious options. Maria at the front desk was also very helpful! Definitely recommend for your next trip to Palm Springs.

I got the best facial I've ever had from their esthetician, Donna. My skin still feels amazing a few days later. She was also lovely to talk to and gave me some useful pointers with at-home care. Ask for her!
