Look no further - this is the place to stay in Palm Springs!! My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and loved every minute of it. The service was incredible - met with a warm hello and a cold beverage, tequila shot in room, unlimited filtered water in glass bottles (I always cringe when hotels use plastic bottles), and very large villas all including a large private patio with an electric fire pit and a spacious outdoor bath. The custom made a La carte breakfast basket was wonderful and generous and included a thermos of coffee, plenty of hot and cold options with some extras at cost (eg latte); my fave being a delicious egg white burrito and overnight oats with fresh fruit. We took off early to Joshua tree one day and they let us take the basket with us! Having the kitchenette in the deluxe suite made it easy to store beverages, leftovers and treats. The restaurant staff was very friendly and ensured they always had space for guests despite reservations being required in advance. We ate tacos, chips and guacamole poolside almost every day and it was delicious. Despite the hotel being nearly fully booked when we were there, there was plenty of space to relax around the pool or jacuzzi (no reservations required for cabanas). We didn’t use the spa but heard great things from other guests. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a couples getaway or small group vacation. …

WOW what a GEM!!! My wife and I stayed here for the Memorial Weekend, and we are in HEAVEN. It was FIRST Class and service at the pool was AMAZING. The food was so tasty and the watermelon margs are hard to say no to. Rooms r very large with great style. By far the best spot in all of Palm Springs

Still the nicest hotel in all of Palm Springs. Once again, Laura handled every detail flawlessly. A general manager like her is hard to find. She is my go to for the perfect stay every time. The reason to return again and again. Was nice to see her and properly thank her. I’m also going to have her plan my next party on their rooftop deck. The views don’t get any better.

This was our second time in PS and first time staying downtown. The staff and amenities at La Serena Villas made it perfect. From the staff to the cute breakfast baskets this place is a couple's trip 10/10. Location was perfect to walk downtown but a block off the strip so zero noise. Two great pools, with excellent food, a nice little spa and our room c/w an outdoor tub and fire pit. Really couldn't ask for more in this kind of setting. If you are looking for the massive 1,000 room cookie cutter resort this isn't it, but if you're looking boutique high class service give it a go!

La Serena was everything we could of hoped for and more. We think it was our best getaway in 15 years! Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Palm Springs. The villa is darling, every casita is beautifully designed. We got plenty of use out of the outdoor patio, fire pit and claw foot tub. We ate at Azucar twice because the food was terrific. The breakfast baskets are a perfect way to start the day. Misty and her staff were all incredibly accommodating and helpful with recommendations for hikes and restaurants. We loved every minute and are already planning a trip back with friends!

The entire staff was so welcoming and accommodating. Jose was the first greet us at the reception and made us feel at home. The intimate and cozy feel of the place makes it feel like a home away from home. The casitas are well appointed with Frette linens and towels, and the fire pits and claw tubs are wonderful and private. The bar and restaurant are fabulous as well.

This was our third trip to Palm Springs and our second stay at La Serena Villas. We reserved the spa suite for this getaway and it did not disappoint. Since the weather did not fully cooperate, we thoroughly enjoyed the private hot tub and fire pit feature in our courtyard patio. La Serena is a short walk to many wonderful restaurants and shops in downtown Palm Springs. There are free bikes to use if you want to ride around and check out some of the nearby neighborhoods and architecture. You can easily spend an afternoon at the heated pool sipping on delicious margaritas and having some poolside appetizers from Azucar, the onsite restaurant. The best thing about La Serena is the staff. Misty, the GM, is super friendly and helpful. She made sure everything in our villa was perfect for our stay. Other thoughtful touches are breakfast delivered to your door in a basket each morning, welcome champagne & sipping tequila in your villa. We have stayed in each type of room and they are all wonderful. The spa suites are a nice treat for a special occasion. We can't wait to return to La Serena Villas!…

The staff was fantastic and professional. We just relaxed by the peaceful pool, ate at the fabulous restaurant, took complimentary bikes into town and enjoyed the private outdoor tub. Room was clean, beautifully decorated, beds were so comfortable. Breakfast basket was icing on the cake.
