This was our fourth visit to Casa Cody. We had previously enjoyed the peace and quiet and lovely setting Last trip Our room was near the pool area. Friday night was great. Saturday night There was a group of guests/friends partying out by the pool. They were loud, drinking and jumping in the pool. We understood and were actually ok with this until about midnight. Another guest asked them at that time to be quiet. At 12:15 we called the hotel phone number, got a recording and left a message. The party continued until a little before 2 AM. There was no way to sleep. When we checked out the gentleman said they got our message and too bad we didn’t go to the office door where they have an emergency number. He also said that he would speak with Manager and they could work something out for us on our next visit. We called today to speak with them and book another trip. We shared what had happened and her response was that the emergency number was on a card in the room. Unfortunately we never saw. It. Might be smart to leave the after hours number on the hotel message recording. Not the right way to treat repeat guests!

We have now officially found our new * favorite * hotel in Palm Springs! Casa Cody has it all: charm, beauty, comfort, friendly staff, great breakfast, tranquil swimming pools, roomy hot tub, perfect location, and loads of interesting history. Our only lament is that we didn't book a few extra nights at this lovely hotel. Within walking distance to many downtown shops and restaurants, this little gem is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood. Audrey (at the front desk) was a pleasure to talk to and gave advice on planning our next stay.

If it’s old style rustic and peaceful your looking for this is the place for you!! Lovely quaint old style rooms that have everything you need. Does it need updating??? Yes but that would ruin the experience. It’s 2 blocks from lots of Restaurants & bars and has private parking. The breakfast is basic but good enough, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt and lots of coffee! Rooms are clean and have a fridge and coffee maker. The pool area is very peaceful and has lots of loungers and chairs. Loved it!

We booked this place for one purpose, to have a place to rest our heads each day after The Coachella festival. Casa Cody turned out to be much more as the room we had was like a mini apartment which is perfect for snacks and drinking while getting prepared for another days festival! Also they have free breakfast every morning which has basic options to start the day. The 2 pools and huge green gardens where perfect for resting in and recharging the batteries. Location wise it’s a 2 min walk to the little town with all shops, restaurants and bars and also a 12 min walk to one of the Coachella pick up points which was a hotel down the road. I recommend staying here if you are planning on going to Coachella. Affordable and ideally located.

I can't say enough good and wonderful things about this hidden gym! Staff is all marvelous and wonderful so very accommodating and so very helpful in all aspects! The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are spacious and clean the beds are very comfortable there are fruit trees that abound everywhere including lemons and grapefruits and oranges and you're allowed to pick them and take the fruit home. Two gorgeous pools and a secluded hot tub and a Charming continental breakfast! Will definitely be returning here again on our next trip to Palm Springs!
