Enjoyed a social bar scene for drinks, martinis vodka and gin. Nice conversations with others at the bar. Not dressed high enough so we did not stay for dinner, although good aroma was very tempting. $3.00 for valet was fine!

If you happen to be under-dressed to have Dinner inside the Main Dining room, just ask for menus and eat at the Bar. That is normally accepted within the Lounge area. Please don't feel like you cannot enjoy a great meal with your drinks! Thanks.

You are very welcome... I believe the lady's name is Armida and the young man's name is Danny. They have both been working at the Inn for decades and enjoy going out of their way to make sure that guests always have a great time during their visit. Thanks!

We spent two nights, shortly after Merv's passing. The weather was great - autumn in the desert - and the experience was fun. Spacious clean room. Lively bar with interesting and friendly people. Close walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Enjoyed the pool area. Overall, a really enjoyable get away break in a laid back and friendly atmosphere.

Thank you for your visit. Mr Haber's passing was a shock and the staff is still holding true to the ideals that Mr Haber cherished. Many happy returns. Thanks!

Rich in history, this Inn remains one of the best get-aways in the Coachella Valley - the service is impeccable (many staff have been with the Inn for decades) - the food at the on-site restaurant, Melvyn's, is astonishing - with several dishes still prepared tableside - the rooms are quaint with the usual amenities - quite, with a feel...

Go back in time (in a really good way) at the Ingleside. The hotel is utterly charming with the kind of service you just don't get anymore. From the moment you enter, your comfort is the primary concern of the owner and staff. Don't miss the experience of Melvyn's, the restaurant/bar frequented back in the day by the rat pack--you...

Thank you for your very kind comments! The staff always has the guest's desires as their first priority. Yes, you can eat or drink anything in the restaurant, on the veranda and even in the pool. Too bad they don't have Poolside Cooking...maybe next year. Thanks!

A famous historic Inn & Melvyn's Restaurant & Lounge. We stayed 3 nights. The staff is tremendous. We had a welcoming bottle of champagne plus a wonderful basket of goodies. Many famous people have stayed here. Highly recommended !

Absolutely loved it at Ingleside Inn, Palm Springs. The historic charm of the inn, is welcome in a town of stark post modernism. The Inn is a Spanish Style villa built to be lived in, and then converted into a hotel. It is small and charming and historically significant to Palm Springs, too. Celebrities and "normals" alike stay here for...

As you pass through the iron gated entrance, you are transported back to the heyday of Old Palm Springs. The lovely, lush grounds instantly give the feel of a time when things moved at a more leisurely (and hip) pace. The Spanish architecture, lovely lobby and quick check-in, have you anxiously anticipating your room. My husband and I checked into...

I have stayed at the Ingleside Inn for over 35 years and I never regret going back. Whether you want a small room in back or a suite for a special trip you get old Palm Springs charm, privacy and a non-crowded adult experience. Melvins Restaurant can serve up an after dinner cocktail or dine in your suite experience. Frank...
