We have stayed at our fair share of embassy suites. We enjoy the managers reception but there was only one bartender and a very long line. Breakfast buffet was lacking not as tasty as usual. Not the Hilton brand we have come to expect.

The place needed updates to be sure. Chipped and peeling paint on buildings, edge of hot tub cracked and missing tiles, the door to the bathroom in our room was warped due to water damage (maybe someone previously let the bathtub overflow?) - just a few things that made this hotel less than nice. The worst, though, was how dirty...

My family was pleased with the trip. We had three rooms in all and 10 in our party. Staff was quite nice, very helpful. Grounds could have been kept cleaner. Dirt and debris around pool should have been swept up

The hotel itself is old and more rundown than any Embassy suites we've ever stayed in. However the restaurant is brand-new and very nice. The rooms have been completely updated. Workout facility is also knew. The pool and patio facilities could use some paint and updating but the pool is a good size.

The rooms were dirty, the staff was inexperienced and untrained, their service was down for Internet technology and being able to access my Hilton honors app and account to verify rent rates which were incorrect. Housekeeping stole my medication and I had to do an incident report .

The Embassey Suites far surpassed our expectations for a nice getaway to the desert. The Hotels location made for nice day trips to places nearby. The Hotel was easy to find. There were place to eat within walking distance too... Cactus Jacks bar and grill was superb... would go back for dinner next time..

Awful hotel. Smelled like urine everywhere, in the pool area, in the room, outdoor prior to entering the lobby, the pool towels. The room smelled horrendous and felt dirty. I didn't even eat the free breakfast. Horrible. They also planned a four hour fire drill with the alarm sounding multiple times each hour with no notice upon booking the room.

We stayed here last night and found the hotel to be immaculate . The lobby is welcoming . Our bed was extremely comfortable ( always super important to me") with very comfy pillows. The pool and jacuzzi areas are very nice and there is a beautiful fountain. I would have given 5 stars but the breakfast wasn't as good as...

We recently stayed at this hotel with four other families. The overall stay was very good. The highlight was the cook to order buffet breakfast. The rooms were clean albeit needs renovation. The beds were super comfortable, very clean linens, feather pillows for a good night sleep. The room had 2 double beds, 2 LCD TV's one in the living...

The staff is unprofessional, inaccurate, unaccommodating. The rooms are dingy, smelly, and the walls, floors, ceilings are thin that you can literally hear EVERYTHING. We stayed for a week and experienced several errors on the hotel end (missing package, unavailable complimentary wifi, inaccurate charges on the bill, etc.). It was one of the most unpleasant hotel stays and we will...
