Second time staying at this resort, as I have stayed at sister properties, Shadow Ridge and Renaissance before. First time here, had a great room above the lobby. This time, we were put in room #3259, which is the furthest away from the lobby that there is. Granted, arrived on Saturday, January 18th, and there was a large golf tournament...

We stayed a weekend with our 3 & 5 yr olds. We came for the pool experience, but it was a bit of a mistake. The place definitely caters to the young adult crowd. There was a DJ playing loud (and inappropriate) music. He kept referring to and rallying the bachlorette parties that were going on. The poolside service was...

The boats and birds in the hotel were neat and unexpected. Enjoyed the meal around the fire pit at the hotel restaurant and the boat tour. Love the infused water that were complimentary and available throughout the hotel. Beautiful golf course. The spa was amazing! Also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the hotel and their focus on locally grown...

The property was beautiful and perfectly maintained. There is an excellent view and lots of lovely birds on display and swimming in the lakes. Love the free boat trips on the lakes and boat shuttle to your restaurant reservation. Loved the mini golf course and lounge fire pit with live music. Staff is friendly and helpful. We tried all the...

I was quite impressed with this whole resort experience. My husband and I traveled here without the kids to get away for some R&R and to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. We were upgraded to a room with a beautiful view, and we were delivered chocolate covered strawberries and champagne to celebrate our anniversary free of charge. The service was...

I recently stayed at this hotel on Mar 21-25. On the first day in the room I noticed I was having scratchy eyes and a headache. I called the front desk and they brought up a humidifier. I left my room and went to town. My eyes seemed to be better and my headache was less. I returned to the...

Marriott takes hotel hygiene and cleanliness very seriously. As a result, Marriott has established very strict standards of cleanliness for all hotels that either meet or exceed public health department regulations. We have the greatest concern and respect for every guest’s experience. As such, when we checked the heating/air conditioning unit in your room, after you brought your concern to...

I have nothing but good things to say about the actual resort, nice and friendly. Very clean and up to date, great restaurants and pools! However, the rooms have been neglected-I expected more. Popcorn ceilings and outdated decor and furniture-reminded me of a holiday inn.

Our visit to the JW Marriott in Palm Desert, CA was short but due to an injury to my husband's back could have been a disaster. However, the staff starting with the front desk manager and her staff all the way to the maids, bell caps and the wonderful valet head and her crew our visit was made so much...

Came here on a last minute spontaneous getaway, it was literally booked through a cell phone a few hours before heading out there. When you first walk in you will be impressed by how gorgeous their entrance and lobby is. The gorgeous huge lobby with water flavored with fruits and flowers made me think of Hawwaii for a minute.-This really...
