This was a great hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone. Staff is friendly and attentive and the lobby even has little boats!! Food was out of this world delicious. My room was clean and very comfortable. My view was spectacular and the shuttle from the hotel to airport was timely and nice.

I stayed her twice in the last few months. The first time I stayed here, it was in a suite. The last time I stayed I was in a regular room. The suite was nice - 2 queen beds, a foldout couch, and a murphy bed. There was also a full size dinning room table. It was perfect for a...

We paid for this hotel using our Marriott rewards points. It was our first time going to an JW facility. It is very nice and I wish that I had researched it more so that I really took in all that was available there. It is a gorgeous setting. My husband played golf there while I went to the local...

I was there for a conference. The room was HUGE, with a large bathroom and a walk-in closet (I had Room 6043). The beds were super comfortable. There was a fridge and coffee pot. My room overlooked the pool and the view was delightful. Don't miss the flamingos in the pond out in front of the hotel or the swans...

Stayed here for a weekend break during a two week business trip. I was a little concerned when I got to the room, as the decor is a bit tired. The views, however, are something of which I'll never tire. Pool, golf course, mountains. On Saturday I spent a long day hiking in Joshua Tree National Park (which I high...

This resort is utterly beautiful. It is clean, modern and the views are stunning. The resort is so large, it feels like a small city. The rooms are super reasonable, and the balcony on the less expensive rooms is massive. Did I mention the views?? The food in the resort, especially the sushi is amazing. I also ate at the...

I stayed at this beautiful property the week after my Mother passed away. Every member of the staff was compassionate and attentive and took great care to accommodate my every need during my difficult time. Concierge Patty Maverick was an angel for me, arranging airport transportation for my friends who arrived for the funeral and for my ride to the...

I stayed at Desert Springs JW almost a week and was not disappointed. I would gladly return though there were a few minor things to improve. The room was good size, clean, with traditional décor. There was a full walk-in closet! May be the first I've ever seen in a hotel room. There is a terrace with a beautiful view...

My 1st trip via wheelchair = fear of resort limitations. No worries! Despite lakes, pools, restaurants, shops & cocktail bars on multiple floors, this resort has gone out of its way to guarantee access virtually everywhere. Even in the pools where electronic chairs can lift you in & out. Elevator or mechanical lifts take care of the rest of then...

Stayed here for a corporate event so didn't really get to see the pools and resort features, but really nice place. Big open atrium style entrance, my room was pretty luxurious, the bathroom was lovely and had separate bath and shower. Bed was super comfortable - nice little balcony overlooking the golf course and gardens. Very nice.
