We came here for a group getaway and had so much fun between the pool, the restaurant, and our suites that we barely left the property! The staff made us feel super comfortable. There were tons of amenities to take advantage of including shuffleboard, cornhole, ping pong table, a free hotel shuttle, a cute Airstream trailer to take photos in front of... we even had a pool table in our hotel room. We are already looking forward to our next trip back and having more of those poolside drinks 🍹

We spent a long weekend at Hotel Paseo and had the most enjoyable time. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, especially the poolside bartender, Neil! We used the free Hotel Shuttle they provided so we could go to and from our favorite restaurants without having to worry about a safe ride home (Thanks Cesar). Our rooms were amazing, stocked with waters, coffee and tea K-cups for their Keurig's in every room, our own mini fridge, bath robes, free Netflix and HBO, and a balcony that overlooked the pool. Cornhole and ping pong was an added bonus for our competitive family. Oh and in one of my cousins' rooms there was a pool table- say what!! Next time I stay here I'm going to request that room. We dined in the hotel restaurant one night. The service was on point and the food was awesome all around. I can go on and on about what a great time we all had staying here. But, I'll let you decide for yourself once you visit! Haha.

We recently stayed at the hotel with all of our cousins. We loved it! It’s clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are nice/modern and the beds are very comfortable! The different suite options made for a great place to gather with the family and have a great time! Special shout out to Neil at the pool bar for the top notch drinks and service! The poolside otter pops were a great surprise and a nice touch! 😀

This was our first time ever staying at this property and it delivered on what it boasts in offering. Prior to booking, I got on the phone with Miranda (Front Desk) and she helped to take care of me, answering any/all questions and updating me on the current hotel policies due to COVID-19. As I booked this for the next day, she helped put any worries I had at ease and took care of my wife and I. Check-In We got there closer to 5:30PM which happened to align with when Miranda was working so that was a nice surprise. It was such as an amazing and friendly experience interacting with her as we could tell she was genuine and wanted us to have a great time in Palm Desert. Surprise Amenity About 20 minutes into our stay, a surprise assortment of fruit, vegetables, and meats were delivered to our room by Ryan (one of the Valet staff) to help celebrate our Babymoon. It was extremely thoughtful and a complete surprise to us! Room Luckily due to loyalty with Marriott (Titanium) wrapped with availability, we were graciously upgraded to the Grand Desert Suite which lived up to its name. The view was amazing of the "backyard" (pool, lawn, air-streamer area) and the room was the epitome of chic meeting modern. Loved every second of being in the room! Fitness Center Wow... talk about variety! Used the fitness center twice during the one night stay (evening and morning) and it had everything one may need to get an awesome workout in! Free weights, treadmills, cycle, row machine, TRX cables, kettle bells, exercise balls, and much more. The wall inside the fitness center was truly breathtaking and gave moments of reprieve in-between sets and different exercises. Pool It was scorching hot when we came, (97F degrees) by 9AM and so the pool was a must in the morning. It was a Tuesday morning so we had the pool all to ourselves for the first 30 minutes before other guests started showing up. It was a small pool, but for the purpose of a Babymooon, it fit the bill. The overall aesthetics were amazing and really felt like vintage California from the air-streamer, to the art, and of course the "can't miss" convertible in the lobby. Overall, if one is looking for a hotel in the greater Palm Desert area, look no further as you can find it all at this property. Would recommend to all!

Spent a weekend at this hotel as part of a "get out of town" from another trip in the Orange County area. This hotel was a great location to stay with good access to nearby restaurants and entertainment including casino's and Joshua Tree National Park. This review was completed during the Covid pandemic so many aspects of this hotel could change after the pandemic is over. Pros: a) Good Location b) Awesome staff c) Nice ambiance d) Close to (up-scale) shopping and restaurants e) Good jumping off spot to Joshua Tree Cons: a) Valet parking only, but plenty of free street parking out front b) Pool a bit small and crowded but at least was there to cool off in! c) Why do people think they can reserve chairs by the pool and then leave for the day? Overall was a great stay for the weekend, the only amenities that were not open due to Covid was the main restaurant and of course housekeeping is by reservation only as it is with most Marriott branded hotels in California. If you need extra bottles of water just hit up the housekeepers in the hall, they are more than happy to get you anything you need!
