This has been our go to place to stay when we visit the Monterey area for the last 5 years. Always clean, always great customer service. Love having a small kitchen in the room! It's nice to have a dependable clean place to stay in one of your favorite places to visit!

The furniture was fine. A little on the dated side, but nice overall. The kitchenette was functional. Our back window had the screen fallen out onto the yard behind. We had no A/C but four windows, and it doesn’t get too warm there typically. However, with the screen out, we could not use the window by the bed, and the blinds appeared to be broken there as well. The curtain rod was, an old cheap tension rod, and it fell on my 11yo daughter. My husband and I struggled to reinstall it without luck. We notified the front on checkout. They had no hair conditioner. While I highly approve of reusable dispensers for shampoo and such for environmental reasons, I feel conditioner should be provided, as we ran out, expecting it there. Also, both my kids complained the “shampoo” burned their eyes. It was neon orange, and I highly suspect the dispenser might be refilled with dial hand soap? Thunder and lightening made the room loud and humid. Overall, it was fine, the kitchenette was helpful. The pool and breakfast were shut, for Covid, which I wished we knew ahead of time. We would have packed better.

We escaped the bay area for a few nights and our last minute plans brought my family with our dog to this great location. They were able to accommodate us and our kids and dog with a clean spacious 2 bedroom with a patio. The staff was friendly and our room seemed recently updated and located close to the water and near really good restaurants. We all enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back!

We were looking for a place to stay that would allow us to bring our dog primarily. We were pleasantly surprised with a great room in a great location. The room was brand new with a small kitchen and even a fireplace. Bathroom looked new and was clean. We loved to be able to walk to the ocean. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay here! My first impression of our room was how clean it looked and smelled. The aesthetic was bright, fresh, and contemporary. It looked recently renovated. The tiled fireplace in our room and the outdoor fire pit were unexpected and most welcome additions since it does get a little cold at night (even in the summer!) The bed was very comfortable and the bedding soft and luxurious. It was just perfect. The staff was so friendly and personable. I would highly recommend staying here if you want a one of a kind Monterey experience. The beach is just a short 10 minute walk and it is glorious. I can’t wait to come back again! Thank you!!!
