How any one can give this hotel more than 1 star is beyond me! I stayed for 5 nights, 8/18-23, and couldn’t wait to be done. Old hotel that TRIED to upgrade and did a horrendous job. Bed was uncomfortable, floor was a cheap laminate wood, bathroom door was from the 80’s, cable was spotty, etc... The ONLY reason I gave it a star is because of the amount of places to charge my electronics. Well placed and available. I guess if you have to stay here then do it, if not pay the extra $15 a night and get a better room and stay. Ohhh, pool size and breakfast area, TINY!!!

I couldn't wait to get a questionnaire and looked for it on the website & app. Your staff is beyond comparison to other places. Wods cannot explain the hospitality prvided by Bruno and I am unsure of the blonde ladies name that was apparently newer. They were fantastic in every way and made my fiance and me feel not only comfortable but catered to our every need. In fact they were concerned that we would be comfortable enough and offered to provide exceptional service. We will be staying here again and have shared the wonderful experience with others. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Keep it up!

I believe the most important thing that will make my family repeat customers at hotels is the beds. After all, the main reason we are there is to sleep. This hotel/motel looks well kept, even beautiful and updated but the beds were one of the top 3 worst we've slept in in the past 20 years and we've traveled across the U.S. and back multiple times. Both my husband and I slept horribly and ended up sending our daughter to sleep at a friend's house due to the incredibly hard beds. These were like sleeping on wood boards. I woke both mornings with bruised hips and shoulder and my husband woke with bruised shoulder and upper back pain. They did provide plenty of pillows but most were flattened as soon as you laid on them. We were surprised by the stiff beds but they either chose those beds for durability and cost (and spent the money on other furnishings?) or they believe everyone likes a good stiff bed. The room was quite small but was updated, clean and had all updated amenities including USB plugs, microwave, fridge, dresser. The shower/tub combo had a slow drain do we were up to our ankles in water while showering (surely the cleaners noticed this issue previously?). We slept in a 2 queen bed room and had requested a quiet room so they put us on the 3rd floor facing the front entrance side. Glad they have an elevator. It was not quiet at all. I wish they would have put us in the back of the building but we were too tired and exhausted from our long trip to request a change and it may have not mattered because the 2nd night there, there was a huge biker club there stopping to sleep on their road trip. Their bikes took up every parking space and other places they could squeeze them into. (6am wake up to numerous motorcycles revving up for the day). the motorcycles and their noise isn't a complaint against the hotel, just a note on our experience. The door needed weatherizing as we could hear everything going on including talking in the parking lot below (every word clearly), traffic, slight noises, people walking by and you could see light through the door way on all sides. The window was also super thin adding to the sound (and I'm not too picky). The property is clearly an older building that they have put a lot into remodeling and new window dressing in rooms. The property felt safe and comfortable with a Denny's just feet away and restaurants across the street. Right off the freeway. The grounds all around the property are gorgeous with beautiful colorful choices in plants, trees and bushes that must take talented and knowledgeable gardeners and landscapers to care for it. Sad that the beds were so incredibly hard. We are diamond members of choice hotels so frequent many of their properties but this will not be one of them although we frequently travel the area.

Thank you for your detailed feedback as we appreciate guests who let us know when things aren't right so we may give attention to this right away. I do apologize that your stay was not as expected, as we strive for our guest to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. We do appreciate your patience and understanding with the Retired Police Officer Motorcycle Traveling Group, this is an annual fund raiser event as they have come for many years, and it is our pleasure to assist with this event each year. However I do apologize for any frustration this may have caused you. I would like to share with you that we are upgrading our rooms, however as you have noted, we still have more work to complete. Sincerely, Vicki - Front Desk Manager

I have stayed at this hotel a couple times in the past couple of years and find it very comfortable and affordable. It is close to the airport, freeway access (but not noisy) many different dinning choices nearby including a Denny's right in front so you don't have to drive anywhere. The grounds are nicely maintained, the rooms are clean and the staff is courteous.
