Great room with excellent access to the slopes and shops. Kids visited the hot tub and covid protocols were followed by other guests which was nice. Staff brought DVD to our room and responded to our need for more towels. So friendly!!

Every expensive. The daily rates are very expensive compared to the amenities provided. Rooms are old style and not remodeled. Toilets are not good, always had some issues. Sofa bed quality was not good.

The pictures do not match the reality. They offered me a newly renovated condo with separate rooms and they gave me a single space studio. The master bed was one of those you pull from the wall. We did not expected that. And the kids had to sleep on the coach, because the pull out bed was really uncomfortable. I was expecting to have a nice view to the village or mountain. There was not of that. It was a second floor looking at the back of the building. No locker for the skies. No playroom for the kids. The building was under construction, so the ground floor was just panels. The only facility was two hot tubs, but there was not even a place to get change. Really disappointing.

Our condo was cute and comfortable. Not so fancy that you felt like you couldn't use it, but not ugly at all. A perfect landing space for being out and about in the valley. We ate in the village, skiid into our building at the end of the day, and easily made it to the resort for massages.

The place is currently under construction but they decide to stay open and rent out rooms? Workers start at 730AM on the dot and are hammering until 730p PM and they have the audaity to charge a resport fee while everything is closed and and you are subjected to their construction remodel for 12 hours a day. What a joke . Also the room was filthy, outdated, stains on the carpet and furniture and had a strange odor. I would NEVER recommend staying here to anyone.

I am sorry you had such an unpleased experience. The common area remodel does not go for 12 hours so it would have been helpful to know that there were noise issues so we could have helped you with them.
