We stayed for a few days in January. The property is lovely and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the ski bar area near the lift. The convenience of the onsite lift cannot be overstated. Due to the pandemic, we only had food from Sandy's Pub, which was not bad. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing I would suggest is more efforts to have guests comply with required indoor masking. It made lingering in the pretty lobby impossible and waiting for elevators the most stressful time during our stay.

Hotel's Favorite
My husband and I travel a lot and this was one of his business trips. While he was having a blast snow boarding, I chose to go to the spa. I cannot begin to tell you how FABULOUS this was! I had the Aloe Wrap with John Paul and he asked questions before we started and got to know what I needed for some pain relief. His massage was spot on and one of the best I have ever had! The atmosphere was relaxing and I definilty enjoyed my time there. I also had the Brightening Facial which was also wonderful - the room was relaxing, the bed was sooo comfortable and the aromatherapy was divine. This is a MUST place to visit if you are in the area!!

We stayed there for couple of days. The suit is clean and comfortable. Adjacent room could be noisy. There are management issues, for example overbooking the restaurant and canceling on you. Covers un the suite are not enough for cold nights. No trash cans in the lobby. Drive through by the entrance is blocked by a car left for the valet but no one takes it. They charge $80/night for valet especially if you need to charge your car otherwise you pay $20/night to park on your own far far and no charging. The roads/walkways around the property are not plowed so risk of injury is high. Finally, the hotel thought it is a good idea to break down a huge gingerbread houses setup in the early morning while using Commericial power vacuum and tools disturbing every one. I have photos attached here!

Super location, great staff but resort understaffed and poorly managed. Only one restaurant open throughout our stay. Even though “resort” fully occupied. No mention of staff shortage or lack of housekeeping pre arrival IR on arrival or during stay. Just expected to put up. When we complained reception staff appeared oblivious to issues even though there was talk around the hotel and it’s staff of how poor things are. There was simply no sign of any management. COVID was causing and issue but general inability to recruit staff and retain was a bigger issue. Main issue just ZERO communication for management. Shame as location and those staff that were working so very hard needed help. Shan’t return again as the name Resort is a misnomer!

I stayed at squaw Creek for six days for a business conference. The food was amazing, the service excellent, and my suite with a fireplace and big picture window was so relaxing and comfortable. Great stay!
