First there is no security gate. Our 2 bikes and scooter were stolen by the people that live in the camp behind the Resort.Police drive through almost daily looking for someone that has ran into the resort while trying to avoid police. The pool area is littered at times with cigarette butts and water bottles. The showers are cleaned only once a day and that is scary due to COVID.Tight spots.Garbage is regularly over filled. Photography deceiving - not landscaped as pictured - much of the vegetation was missing and what was there looked thirsty/dead, weeds. Table was missing from our site. Phones are never answered. Not enough staff to fufill all obligations of the park that are needed.Glamping is up against train tracks and not as big as it looks in the picture.Trains run every 15 minutes with a honk before they arrive.DISAPPOINTING AT 125.00 A NIGHT…
Jacuzzi closed until further notice. Last pool reservation at 5:00 pm (1 hr. time slots due to COVID). Power outage. Bathroom shower drain plugged (they did have nice rain forest shower heads and the bathrooms were clean). Great they had hot water - but temp a concern for young children (nice waterfall faucets). Photography deceiving - not landscaped as pictured - much of the vegetation was missing and what was there looked thirsty/dead, weeds. Table was missing from our site. Have to cross PCH to get to beach (signals at each end of the block). They need a better, bigger sign. We drove by entrance twice before noticing the sign (another camper mentioned not seeing the sign also). Despite 4 people working in the office, no one answered the phone when I called for directions. Glamping is up against train tracks and not as big as it looks in the picture. Camp store. Quiet. Family oriented. We did have a good time, but were disappointed that it wasn't as nice as the pictures.…
So pleased that we found this place. This place was clean, safe, quiet, very secure. Close to the beach Accommodating staff , well maintained. We had great family time using Bbq Grill. Will visit again.
I had a great time staying here. They're very family friendly and great to deal with. This was my first time in Cali and I wanted to experience nature and my family and I had a blast. The staff was great! There many places near their for food and stuff to do with the family
Went to So Cal to do some martial arts training with my JKD instructor and spent 3 days enjoying the pool and surroundings. The staff in the front office and in the little store they have were very nice and always accommodating. Thanks and See you next year.
