This resort is right across the street from the Ocean.A one way street. Slow traffic. So no problem. Very easy to cross the street. Total 1980's inside. A bit of re-do in the kitchen. The sofa is tired. but comfy. The units do NOT have A/C. The ocean breeze does cool it down in the evening. The staff is very...

The Blue Whale is a very small timeshare directly adjacent to the beach. This is an older property. What it lacks in modern design, it excels in charm and location, location, location! Our room was exactly 25 steps to the sand and we could hear the waves from the unit. It was great. The pier and boardwalk are within walking...

I would give the location a 5 star, just steps to the sand, but during the hot months a/c is a must especially with the humidity. The room had 2 ceiling fans which really did not help with the humidity. We almost went and bought a box fan, but I talked to the gal in the front office who was...

Spent an enjoyable week here in August 2015. Accomodations were nice, clean and very functional. A narrow one way street from the beach, and an excellent beach at that! The unit we were in was perfect for a romantic getaway, full kitchen and sized for a couple with full kitchen. Air conditioner was a little noisy, otherwise excellent! Outdoor area...

Our third visit to this great vacation spot. Only twelve units (2 are 2 bedrooms) but vary ample in space. The location right across a narrow street to the sand is perfect for ocean watching and wave sounds. Also a short walk to the pier and main part of town. The staff is friendly and helpful with daily attending to...

I've stayed here twice, both times in low season during February. I own a number of Timeshares along the beach areas of San Diego County and this one (which I don't own) has the best beach front location. The grounds are kept very clean. There is beach equipment here as well as some books and DVDs that can be check...

Great location, fantastic little place walking right onto the beach. I love the fact that I can set up umbrellas and a chair with complete relaxation. Well kept and clean, easy access to everything in LA to San Diego which makes this location a awesome. I highly recommend this place if you want a small quaint resort. Love this location...

This is a fantastic little place, just steps from the beach. You couldn't ask for a better location! The resort is small and well kept. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed in unit #10, which is a one bedroom, that had an ocean view from the bedroom and family room. The furnishings were nothing fancy, but it...

This is an old-style, but well-kept beach bungalow. There are just 12 units. Having off-street parking is great. The resort information in the room said that the maid was going to enter the room everyday to empty the trash. Although she entered the room everyday, the trash was never emptied. She never did a thing, but she did enter. I...

My husband and I were there during the week of Memorial Day. Lots of activity at the pier, which was within walking distance.(This is also the place where you would rent bikes). The management staff is very accomodating, printing directions to restaurants, and places we wanted to see. We loved their library of books and movies, and it was nice...
