Excellent rental flats, close to the beach. It´s more like time share flats than a hotel, which suited us well at this particular trip. Standard is quite OK for the price. Staff was friendly and the place is generally quiet, at least at our visit. Easy parking outside the flats. The beach is good, although there is a fair bit...

I had high hopes for this place based on ratings I had read...Maybe I got one of the older units as they are like time share condo's and each one is individually owned. My unit was old and tired like me... The beach is down the street and within walking distance but I wasn't crazy about the general area...also, the...

We had a suite: living/kitchen/bedroom. Basic decor. Basic staff. Enough utensils, etc. in the kitchen. Plenty of parking. My complaint would bother almost no one but us: they claimed and confirmed to have what we need: a roll-in shower. That means someone in a wheelchair can roll straight in. Despite my double-checking and being reassured, once we arrived, there was...

Place was just like home. Up to date kitchen. Nice shower, even for my 6'9 guy he didn't have to kneel down to wash his hair. And quiet too very relaxing. Smart TV. Working fire place. Left the window open to hear the ocean.

super location if you are riding at the dunes. Full kitchen was nice----but bring your own coffee pot. Staff was not too friendly though. Had to empty our own trash and go to front desk for towels, toilet paper etc.

Horrible. We had our room reserved for 6 months. Confirmed a month before and a few days before. Got here to the hotel and they let the current guest extend their stay. No phone call or anything. We had the room confirmed with a credit card. No manager on duty and the girl at the front desk said I just...

We stayed at Pacific Plaza Hotel for three nights during a golf trip. We were looking for a location that was central to everything and this hotel was perfect location. We were two blocks from the ocean, restaurants and shopping were close by, and it was a short 15 minute drive to our golf destination. We were with another couple...

I wanted to get away to the Pismo Beach area but I wanted to be within walking distance to the beach so I set off looking for a good value. As you might imagine what I found were places that cost a lot of money. Sure I could have gotten better values if I didn't want to be able to...

Oceano is a VERY small town on California's central coast. However, Pacific Plaza Resort (PPR) has all the amenities of a 4-star resort in Tahiti. The staff are all very friendly and professional. These "mini" condos are clean, if maybe a little tired, and well-supplied (dishes, crockery, cooking utensils, coffee makers)..., all in all, the condos are very well supplied....
