Have been coming here for years. Made this reservation 11 months ago as did the couple we are traveling with. Assured we would be located together. Upon arrival we were on opposite sides of the campground. Staff was unwilling to even attempt to accommodate us, didn't even try. We mentioned that we saw several empty spots together, to which we were told there was nothing they could do, those spots were taken by other guests. I guess they didn't want our money. We did get a refund, much easier than expected, I think they were glad to see us go. Will never be back and certainly won't recommend to anyone.

This does not look like much on the outside but once I was fully I. The camp ground I was pleasantly amazed. Green grass friendly neighbors and not only can you park your RV easily it’s a pull through. The have small cabin that can be rented for families that don’t have an RV but want to be in the grounds with family, I definitely coming back and planning on staying in a cabin and not renting a hotel.

We have been coming here for years as our go-to home park. Unfortunately it has gone downhill over the last few years. It could be the lost of revenue from the pandemic, but it feels more like a systemic change. Trees are being cut down throughout the park with no replacements. Landscaping is being allowed to die or removed and not replaced. The grassy areas are not kept up and people are now allowed to park on the grass and set/out carpets and other large items on them as well. Although this is a very dog friendly park, there are no poop bags stocked in the boxes for use, resulting in piles accumulating throughout. Animals are being allowed on longer than 6’ leashes and being left unattended outside. Sadly if this trend continues, we will find a new home park. What a shame.

We usually stay at a huge RV park in Pismo that is crowded and noisy most of the time. I looked for something different and found Pismo Sands. We arrived the day after Labor Day and the park was very quiet. The spaces are nice sized and big grassy area between sites that were created so that two RVs faced each other making a neighborly situation that we enjoyed. Most of the park's facilities were Covid closed but we still enjoyed the place because it doesn't have the usual train and highway noise as the other RV parks in the area.

Friendly, helpful staff. Park is clean and quiet. Pool, laundry, small store on site. All spots are pull-throughs. Sites are a little on the small side, but adequate. It's about a 5 minute drive to the beach and a few spots have some low branches to watch for if you have a tall RV.

We’ve stayed here a few times and have never seen a security guard. This trip our brand new bike was stolen overnight. We prefer to stay at another RV park in Pismo that has 24 visible security. Beware of your things if you stay here.

We have been at Pismo Sands for the last 2 months because of the Covid-19. The owners/employees have been absolutely great. the resort is clean and well maintained, the people are super friendly and ensure that everyone follows the rules especially with those who have pets. I love the way the RV parking is set so that you have a 20-25 ft shared space with the RV parked next to you. Gardners come by every Thursday and cut the grass. Pool and spa are clean and well kept and there is a small playground for kids. Parking is easy and the staff couldn't be nicer.

If you like being treated poorly as paying customer, this is your place!! Stayed here last year and got hassled for being to close to the next trailer due to my slide out (trailer was within the lines) it was actually next to the truck of my neighbor and he was cool about it. This holiday - Thanksgiving, they put be next to the busy street side on Cienaga St. where the majority of the sites were empty, at least 10 spots. I travel alone, so I have continually requested a pull thru site, PS RV does not reserve any spots I have been told numerous times. So I thought to book for next year, hoping to get a pull thru. No advantage in doing that. While I was on the phone trying to get a reserve pull thru, I mentioned about being located next to the noisy street, during my stay I saw numerous sites - EMPTY (pull thru) all over the park and I am alone and needed a pull thru spot, the person - Wendy told me to "go away and not stay there if I continued to complain and did not like their policy". I get it, it is their business and they can run it any way they want to operate. Thank you Wendy, for sending me away, I found another RV park, "PACIFIC DUNES RANCH RV RESORT, Phone # 805-489-7787 1205 SILVER SPUR PL. OCEANO, CA. 93445, they have great reviews, staff on the phone was very nice and professional and I got a guaranteed pull thru spot and my Good Sam discount.

Nov Thanksgiving 2019 I wish you could score less than one Been here several times in the past and I always say I won’t come back because of the WHOLE staff being RUDE - BUT I swear “ I will not be back “ Cons - WOULD NOT tell me where my kids site would be and of course never help us out by putting our sites together. They WILL NOT help you out by filling your tanks unless you take the tanks to them. They told my son and I quote ( you look healthy enough to carry them down and back ) My husband who is 71 was told the same thing, and he said I’ve broke my back and I’m 71 years old and I can’t lift by myself So they said ok BUT the man was RUDE and said after I dump the whole parks trash. I helped my husband and we did it ourselves. They said you can not have more than one car on your site and will have to park out the gate because there is no extra room BUT spaces were empty all around. They advertise free WiFi and make you sign a waiver that you won’t use it for anything. BUT again there is NO WiFi Pros - Clean restrooms and showers Nice pool area DO NOT COME HERE unless you like rudeness

Easy access to the RV resort from the road - grounds are well kept up - pool and hot tub area is beautiful - most sites are side by side facing different directions when you park - front door faced a grassy area with a picnic table - lots of fire pits - big rigs ok - friendly staff - located near stores, attractions and the beach - full hock Ups - great voltage - Make reservations in advance - we will be returning had a great stay here
