Excellent accommodation. Highly recommended. The hosts were exceptionally helpful in more ways than one making our stay in Yosemite even the more enjoyable. The breakfasts were a great start to the day.

Stayed for four nights and used most of the amenities; swam and stargazed at the pool, used the jacuzzi tub in the room, left every breakfast well sated and prepared for a full day of hiking. Right outside of Yosemite park. Very gracious hosts, happy to share maps and tips for Yosemite park and the surrounding area.

We stared our trip through Northern California at this B&B and weren't disappointed! Steve and Mary Kay were both so welcoming and helpful with everything we wanted to do. They had a simple and helpful map of Yosemite that listed every place we wanted to see and made it simple. They also had a map to a lesser known area... More

We reached A Bed of Roses just in time before nightfall set in and it was a full moon night. What an amazing view overall and from the wrap around windows in our room. It was cold, expectedly, and the heater in the bathroom was the most effective I have ever seen. The hosts, Mary Kay and Steve, had good... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay here. We had the red rose room, and it was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. There were only two of us, but the futon and large space would make it ideal for a group of 4, or even a small family. The location seems to be the best you can find outside of... More

This was a peaceful and comfortable bed and breakfast. After a long day in Yosemite valley, Bed of Roses was a perfect place to relax and wind down. We rented two rooms ( garden- bright, spectacular views , Red Rose - nice balcony , spacious ). The beds were comfortable , the rooms clean , the views amazing ! Our... More

One of the best b&b's I've ever been to! The room was cosy and the bathtub just great. We were there during the month of July so we could have the breakfast (great blueberry pancakes) outside with a beautiful scenery. Thank you very very very much, we'll remember this as a great memory of our couple for a long long... More

We stayed four nights during a trip to Yosemite National Park. Mary Kay and Steve were informative regarding local restaurant and sight-seeing tips, in addition to providing good information about the park. We enjoyed the friendly experience and the wonderful breakfasts! In addition, we enjoyed the amazing view of the mountains from our room. A great B&B.

Mary Kay and Steve have established a really comfortable, welcoming and well located Bed and Breakfast establishment about 3-4 miles north of Oakhurst just 150 yards off CA 41 and thus it is well placed to visit Yosemite NP with the southern gate some 14 miles away. Most importantly, they engage with guests in a very warm way, particularly over... More

We stayed for 2 nights in June 2015. We left early on the first day to see the sights of Yosemite before the crowds and heat (it was very hot) and we got the strong impression that we'd deeply disappointed Mary Kay and Steve by not joining them for breakfast (sorry Mom). We assured them we'd be there the next... More
