Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel! For the price and the location, you really can’t beat it. We would definitely stay here again. The hotel is clean and upscale, a little more coastal and modern than your standard Marriott. The staff were really friendly, too. And we loved their 24/7 market after we came back from a late night. They sell healthier items like apples and granola bars, and desserts like cookies from their restaurant and ice cream. We didn’t have to deal with valet parking (yay!) and it only cost $20 per day to park. It was easy enough to find parking, and the parking garage isn’t as far of a walk as it appears from the road- it’s very simple and easy to navigate. The room is really nice. Better than you would expect for the price. Bathroom is also spacious, well-lit, and includes a lighted makeup mirror (a little too high on the wall for my height, though). Shower is also really nice as well. Not sure why there are complaints about the bed. My husband and I found it very comfortable, and we own a firm tempur-pedic mattress. Pillows and bedding were also high quality and comfortable. There is also coffee in the room (a must). There’s also a closet with hangers, a safe, and a space to put your luggage out of the way. The gym had up-to-date equipment from Life Fitness. Their treadmills and weighted cables were great. They also have a nice selection of free weights, kettle bells, and medicine balls. They also have towels and bottled water! You’ll see a view of the pool while you workout. Only improvement would be to add fans and make sure the water machine is filled and sanitizing wipes are stocked.

We came to do some shopping and see Orange County and South Coast Mall, which is a great place to shop, with all kinds of great stores. CA is a little shut down but always a nice place to visit. The employees here are nice and the hotel itself is lovely. The restaurant off the lobby does a good job also.

The room is spacious and it was clean. It was facing the swimming pool. The gym was decent too. There’s a coffee machine with capsules. Some restaurants were across the street, so we had some dining options.

I was hesitant to book a hotel close to the airport. However, we needed dog friendly accommodations at a reasonable price, close to our son in Irvine. Previously had enjoyed stays in the area at Hyatt Regency and Pasea in Huntington Beach. First: Staff are wonderful—they let you know it’s their job to satisfy their customers. From Josh at the desk to Megan at the valet, everyone was superior. Second: This hotel is modern and nicely appointed. We checked into our room and found a (minor) problem with the flooring; and our phone did not work. They transferred us to a different room; that room was smaller than the first. When I brought that to Josh’s attention he put us in room 868–a large and comfortable studio with balcony. Sitting area, large flatscreen that could be watched from bed or sofa, make-up mirror, free-standing tub, vanity in bathroom.....great amenities. It was perfect for our 3 day stay and the balcony made our dog (and us) very happy. Room Service was good. The only thing I’d change is their cable service. Third: location was not a problem. Virtually no noise from the airport and we were 15 min to the beach. Close to the Fashion Island Mall and many restaurants. In summary—not a 5-star but an EXCELLENT value. Would not hesitate to stay there again. And I’ll request the same room! Thanks to a wonderful staff.
