I stayed here on business but it turned into for pleasure. It is close to everything including the ocean, restaurants, shopping centers, and the airport. I had to make last minute adjustements to my reservations and the staff was very understanding. Room service was quick and very polite. The rooms a very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed my stay

We have just returned from a trip to Southern California where we spent 8 nights at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach. We had an absolutely fantastic stay! We booked a bay view room (Lido building) which overlooked the back bay and some of the golf course and enjoyed seeing the sun set each evening. The room was great - spacious,...

This hotel has well kept grounds and clean, though slightly small for a family of four, rooms. There is free water everywhere which is nice when you're active and don't feel like paying $4 a bottle! The property has three pools which are nice, and has a place to paddle board behind the property. Because it was a surf trip...

Hyatt Regency is a nice hotel and complex. Good for kids, leisure or business stay. Near shopping, restaurants, ocean and airport. Easy access in/out. Staff is efficient and courteous. Hotel restaurant, fitness center and running trails.

This hotel was beautiful yet one of the least expensive brand name hotels in the area. The rooms were updated and the lounge inside and out was modern and beautiful, including a large fire pit. Three pools, tennis courts, golf. Very quiet in the Lido area.

Wow, we thought, great hotel. Room was not ready till 4pm, very busy. Self parking at $25 w valet in the $35 range, really?? Our room was in the further location of this property. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable, just a tad far away from main dining. Front desk staff was very pleasant. Lastly, a resort fee...

Fitness centre was pretty good lots of equipment. Hotel was near everything. 30 mins to Disney 15 mins to the beach lots of malls everywhere.

This Hyatt has the charm of resorts in days past with the conviences of today. The layout is expensive and the grounds immaculate. There are three pools to choose from and one is geared towards children so you have the option with kids or without. I suggest the Lidos section, nice balcony with harbor view and very quite. The bar...

I stayed for one night for business. I was put in a bay room which overlooked the main pool with the waterslide. Needless to say, the room was really loud due to the pool noise. Also, the room led straight outside, therefore making this hotel feel very motel-like. The bathroom had been renovated, but otherwise, I felt like I was...

If you're on business and want to be 2 steps to the beach, 2 steps to Fashion Island and 2 steps from John Wayne. This is the place. It's more like a resort than a hotel. Big grounds very spread out and sits on an inter coastal bay. Like it's own private lagoon. Much better than staying in Costa Mesa...
