We booked two cottages side by side. We have completely privacy for the outside lounge area all to ourself. The cabin was very clean and spacious. It had everything inside, including dishwashing detergent, instant coffee and lots of other extras! If we visit Napa in the future, we definitely will stay here again.

My husband and I waned to have a change of scenery even though we did not feel safe at this time traveling abroad as we usually do. So we decided to spend a week in the Napa Valley, which is only 38 miles away from our home in the San Francisco East Bay area. We had a wonderful week at RiverPointe, a perfect location right on the Napa river with views of the river and a walking path along the river to enjoy. We spent leisurely mornings at the resort and usually ventured forth around 11 AM to visit about 2 wineries a day for some wonderful wine tastings. All the wineries were tasting outdoors and we felt very safe everywhere as everyone was quite attentive to cleanliness and safety as well as to helping us to enjoy our tastings. In the evenings we took pleasure in some very fine outdoor dining at some impressive local restaurants. This vacation was every bit as enjoyable as many others we've had in Europe. The resort was clean and well managed. We were able to get everything we needed even thought there was no mid-week maid service due to Covid-19. The one improvement I would suggest is to put in king size beds instead of queens. Otherwise the unit was fine for the two of us. We had such a great time on this trip that we might even make this a yearly destination. After all, we have so many more wineries to visit....there are around 500 just in the Napa Valley! And Sonoma is very close-by as well and they have over 400 more!

During this time of the coronavirus, RiverPointe Napa Valley has several health and special safeguards in place to make us feel safe and comfortable. Because the units are separate from each other, we are isolated in our own area.
The units are health inspected and sealed before we arrived. They are super clean and the kitchen utensils are in the dishwasher, which let us know that they are sanitized.
The pool area is limited to a number of guests so that social and physical distancing is maintained. Each area is cleaned and wiped down after each use.
The staff makes it easy for us to check in/out and get service, through the phone or text messaging.
RiverPointe is one of our favorite destinations and now we feel even safer when we stay there.

I've visited RiverPointe several times, and now that Coronavirus is a concern, I would say this is the BEST way to safely visit Napa. You get a cute little mini "house" with private outdoor dining area. You almost never have to interact with staff (easy to maintain isolation), and the place is sanitized before you arrive. And the location is central Napa! The units are well maintained, and have everything you could need.

I stayed here for the BottleRock Music Festival Weekend held on Memorial Day weekend every year. This must be booked early, like a year in advance early. It was the BEST!! Located about a mile away from the Napa Valley Expo, we were able to walk there and back everyday.
Upon entering the property, we were greeted by shady trees and cute little cottages aesthetically painted matching hues of maroon, yellow and tan with white trim. The reception area is a check-in similar to a hotel where we received our keys and an overview of the property. A pool and hot tub, workout facility and even a private hot tub that could be reserved. A trail and the river are adjacent to the property. A little oasis.
Our home for the next three days was a single wide trailer that was fixed up in true cottage fashion. White thatched lattice covered the hitch and other unsightly features. Each cottage has a concrete parking pad so our vehicle was right outside. Walking up to the front door, we were greeted by a shared porch with the unit next door. A patio table, chairs and umbrella added a relaxing ambience.

The cottages are the size of trailers, but the design really maximizes the available space. I was surprised at how complete the provided amenities were, even dishwashing soap and a sponge were provided in the mini-kitchen that had several kitchen appliances available. Parking is directly in front of your cottage, and there's an outdoor deck with furniture available. The location is also quite nice, just minutes away from Oxbow Public Market, the Wine Train, and several eateries and superstores.
I'd highly recommend this resort, and look forward to returning in the future.

We had stayed at this location the year previous and it was fine, nothing to write home about. Sept. 2022, was not okay. At the first unit, my daughter and I went for a morning walk and we soon found out there were fleas in the grass near our unit. After calming her down and removing all the fleas from her feet and sleeves (she used her sleeves to push the fleas off of her feet) we continued our walk to the path by the river. We were still having fleas jump on us. The fleas were even worse when we were back in the park walking on the asphalt road! We complained, they moved us to another unit. The same thing, fleas outside of our unit. Both my daughters woke the following morning with bug bites all over them. If that wasn't bad enough, a few fleas caught a ride home with us. I had to flea dip our indoor cats! That stay caused so much stress and the fact that we paid over a $1,000 to stay in a place that had fleas. I called to complain to the assistant of the CEO; I didn't hear anything in return.
I will never stay at the River Pointe in Napa again.

We found RiverPointe when planning our trip and we are so happy we did! It was an absolutely perfect location and setting. We stayed in the full cabin (bedroom, kitchen, living room) and we loved it. It was quiet, spacious, and provided the exact amount of relaxation and downtime that we needed. The cabin was spotless. It had everything we needed, including dishwashing detergent, all dishes etc. (not that we did any cooking!). Added bonus: the same coffee maker that I have at home! If/when we go back to Napa, this is where we will book our stay again.

These mobile cottages provide a little extra distance over most hotels and resorts. Perfect for the 2 of us. And the sofa bed in the living room allows for 2 more. The resort follows strict COVID safeguards including contact free check ins. Clubhouse activity is cut back for now, but most everything is cut back these days. $$ is favorable to local hotels as well. Our one bedroom unit had everything we needed. The kitchenette with ref and dishwasher was super convenient. We ended up next to the Napa River and enjoyed scenic daily walks.

I stayed there on a timeshare trade. I was booked into a studio. The bed is very old and uncomfortable. The resort itself is fairly well-kept. The interiors of the cabins, studio could use a lot of upgrade. I immediately asked for a different accommodation after one night in the bed as I have a bad back, and this particular bed was really old and not firm, they moved me into another studio that had the smell of smoke even though it is a non-smoking resort people are smoking in and out of the rooms and then asked for an upgrade to a one bedroom as the studio was just claustrophobic and was told there were all sold out and none available. I walked around the complex several times and by the looks of it there were plenty of one-bedrooms I feel like they just lied. Finally after three days in the studio I was given an upgrade to a one bedroom that was much better much more spacious had a full kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub and water pressure for $25 a night if you go definitely don’t book into a studio. The pool and the hot tub‘s were very nice and it is a short walk to downtown Napa less than a mile, so location is good. Beware there is a $23 resort fee with tax every day that you stay parking is free however I feel like for the amount of money that I saw they were asking on Booking.com which was $195 a night I feel like there are probably better places to stay.

The laundry is done by appointment now since Covid. Only 1person allowed at a time. They sanitize after every use. They have 3 full units washers and dryers. Riverpointe supplies detergent. Washers and dryers are freely charge. Very safe using facilities. Masks are mandatory too.
The first time I went there, yes. The second time, no.
Take public transportation to go to SF, don't have to worry about breakins!
Around 400 square feet.. they are small in the bedroom but living room is a little bit more roomier.. it has all the cooking utensils you will need which is nice for cooking... most the time we ate and hung out on the deck.... if we go again to Napa we will go there. We really loved this place...
