Excellent as always and better. When we stay at any of the Hilton Hotels worldwide, I always expect excellent service, and it is always excellent but better every stay. We just came back from a recent trip in Europe , France and Portugal, and we had excellent accommodations and service as well. This time my wife who is detail oriented, commented that she likes everything in the room , the hotel and service. Comparing our stay in this hotel, makes us realize that Hilton keeps making themselves better every time. Thank you.

Hotel's Favorite
The rooms were clean and well maintained. I really enjoyed using the digital key and check in through the app. The high ceilings made the room feel spacious and relaxing. The layout of the hotel was very easy to navigate and the front desk staff were very helpful.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay very much. Very nice well maintained hotel. Spacious and updated rooms. All employees were very kind and helpful. Special thanks to Herminia at the front desk for the bottle of Chardonnay she offered. Checking in and out at the front desk was a breeze and the front desk employees were all very pleasant. Wine tastings in the evenings were a nice touch. Nice lounge in the lobby to relax. Good breakfasts offered at the bistro. We will be back.

Beautiful, well maintained hotel. Great outdoor spaces. Welcoming receptionists. Nice happy hour and yummy breakfast offerings with a great variety. We would definitely stay there again. Also easy to find off of hwy 29.

This IS the single best Hilton Garden Inn i have ever stayed in. It is a 5 STAR level property for the price and exceeded my expectations. Something you never get at this level is robes, here you can get one. The GM Erica and I had a conversation and she is great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property as you will be amazed!!

Everything was so wonderful. The room was clean along with the hotel. Staff was wonderful and helpful when it came to activities around the area. We had Stephanie check us in and she had amazing guest service. Breakfast was great and fresh. The pillows were so fluffy.

I only stayed a few days, but walked away completely happy and satisfied with my choice. I felt incredibly safe at this hotel and as a solo female traveler, safety is my number one priority. I’m so thankful the Hilton Garden Inn prides itself in that as well! Something Kind of weird happened with my room, and the staff was immediately helpful, and promptly handled the issue with poise! I was even offered a complimentary bottle of Chardonnay for the trouble! It’s a great location, and a perfect jumping off point to explore Downtown Napa or even UpValley. The rooms were very clean (not grimy or dingy), the bed was comfy, and the hot tub was hot! Mahalo Hilton for taking such great care of me!

AN excellent hotel, rooms are extremely clean and well presented, staff are very helpful. Location isn’t that close to centre , however a great base to travel to wineries Added benefit wine tastings 5-6.30

Enjoyed stay at Hilton Garden Inn Napa. Room was clean and spacious. I like the room especially because it was south facing and had plenty of sunlight. The services were excellent. There was stores nearby so that we could walk over. All in all, it was thumbs up for me.

My parents and I stayed her on our summer 2022 roadtrip for one night. The hotel provided a comfortable stay on our way into San Francisco while being able to enjoy our evening in Napa. Everything about the hotel was convenient for our needs including location, parking, room, and breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a more budget-friendly hotel in the Napa Valley area. I would stay here again when visiting.
