We stayed here as part of our honeymoon in August 2017 and what an excellent choice it was. Firstly, I have got to mention the bed linen, it was like sleeping on a cloud wrapped in cotton wool! The room was beautifully decorated and felt fresh and homely. We had a small private courtyard where we enjoyed lunch upon checking in. My only problem with the room is that we didn’t spend enough time in it due to exploring the wineries of Napa. Coffee and homemade cookies were available in the main house 24/7 and the breakfast was great- home cooked and freshly prepared. I hope one day I can return to this beautiful property.

My husband and I and another couple stayed for four nights. Loved the Inn's location in a pretty neighborhood with other lovely Victorian homes, close enough to walk to town for dinner. Dede was very helpful in advance describing the various room options, suggesting restaurants and making reservations for us. We loved our room (Hannah Moore) and its spacious bathroom. Great bed linens and towels. We had a problem getting any heat and our friends in the room above us got too much heat! Dede tried to solve the problem but was not able to during our stay. We'd been looking forward to the delicious breakfasts but unfortunately their chef was sick and we got take-out burritos and fruit served on paper plates with plastic utensils. The good news--when we wrote about these issues after returning home, Sally (the manager) apologized, explained the situation in detail and gave us a generous credit. We know it's not easy operating in the times of COVID and her responsiveness really showed her care about her guests and the reputation of the Inn.

This is a lovely maintained, nicely decorated, quiet, peaceful Inn in a residential neighborhood. The innkeepers Romana and Dede are wonderful hosts and made our stay extra special for my birthday. The breakfasts were the best we've ever had at a B&B. We stayed in the Fowler Cottage that is like a small house with a fireplace, king bed, kitchenette and seating area, plus a big bathroom. We will definitely be back.

What a wonderful Inn. Dee Dee and her staff could not have been more accommodating. First, the chef is fantastic. Breakfasts were creative and delicious. We stayed in a cottage, and all was spot on. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms had a great shower and wonderful lighting, and the "kitchen" amenities were first class. Being able to walk to the riverfront in 5 minutes, yet feel like we were isolated rom the town was special. Will be back.

We stayed in the Washington Cottage for 3 nights. Beautiful room with fire/heated flooring/jacuzzi bath for cold weather and fan/air con for warm weather and lovely patio area. The inn is a 5 minute walk from downtown Napa in a pleasant residential area. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily.

The only issue for us was the gluten free breakfast included with the rate. It was delivered to our room between 8-8.30 each day, so meant an early start each morning for us. It was freshly and well cooked and no doubt great for those needing gluten free, but was not to our tastes (e.g broccoli, cauliflower, gluten free waffles). If full breakfast was available in the inn’s dining room until later in the morning, or a cheaper rate without breakfast available, we would return.

Small cottage-based B&B near center Napa...feels like home with separate cottages on the property, amazing breakfast served to your cottage, wonderful outdoor spaces to linger with a glass of wine! Rooms and bathrooms are first class. All around delightful, wonderful and very worth it!

Thank you so much for such a lovely review!! We all work hard to make our guest feel at home. We are glad to hear that we have done that for you. Our chefs do a wonderful job at preparing a beautiful and delicious gluten free breakfast. We will send your compliments to the chef. Best regards, Inn on Randolph Team

We first stayed at Inn on Randolph in July of 2017 and loved it so much that we booked it again for our trip in March of 2023. However, this stay was very disappointing. For starters, the breakfast was almost inedible. We were given sautéed brussel sprouts, cauliflower, and lentils for breakfast. Who eats that for breakfast? It is not the same chef from 6 years ago. The website promises 2 course, gourmet, gluten free breakfast. It is 2 courses and gluten free, but it is disgusting. I can make better food myself at home. The stellar food we had on our first trip was one of the reasons we returned, but this was so bad we had to spend money each day on breakfast elsewhere. To make it worse, we reached out to the inn owner, Sally, to let her know our concerns and got zero response. Way to treat your guests, especially returning ones. So as the service and food has gone downhill and will look for a new place on our next trip!

Lovely lovely cottages, well appointed, very clean and spacious. Some of the cottages have private outside sitting areas that are beautifully adorned with lovely flowers. Breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented and very satisfying. We had a little problem with the door code on one of the cottages and had to wait in the main house for a little bit before things were sorted out, not a huge inconvenience but they presented us with a complimentary bottle of champagne for our troubles, not necessary, but a lovely gesture. The Inn is close to the downtown area, easy walking distance to the Oxbow Market and restaurants. We would love to return on another trip to Napa.

Truly exceptional. From the smallest touch, everything was perfect. DeDe and Sally and the entire staff went out of their way to make our visit special. If back in Napa again, we will definitely stay here. They also can help with arranging private wine tours. They arranged one for us through Raul from the Napa Sonoma Wine Guy.

Gone Way downhill! I visited several years ago, and it was fabulous, but the place was dirty. There was gluten food in the room that hadn't been cleaned up and I have celiac, so I didn't feel safe there. Their breakfast was barely edible - in the past it was divine. I do not recommend! I was embarrassed that I took my sister there!
