Christine is unbelievably talented. I have many trouble areas and she was able to help me feel better. I would highly recommend a deep tissue massage with Christine. One of the best massages I have had.
Exceptional experience at the Silverado resort! We stayed at a beautiful 1 bedroom, full kitchen condo. The golf view was so serene and bright to wake up to every morning as well as the sunset from the back step in the evening. Impeccably clean, comfy bed and prompt service at your fingertips. Golf was outstanding! Pools were outstanding. Can’t say enough about the staff at this resort. They made us feel special and taken care of. Hope to be back someday!
The entire family got together in Napa for an annual reunion. We all booked the same room types, just used different websites. When we checked in, our entire family was staying in one area and my wife and I were located on an entirely different side of the resort. Since we were last to check in, we asked our front desk rep Marylyn (Maylyn?) if they can give us a villa next to the 7 other families that we’re all centrally located. She basically said no and finished the checkin. I asked again and she simply said we’re fully committed with no apologies or eye contact. I asked if she could ask someone and said the same sentence over about being completely booked. We had no other option and took the room. The team has golf carts that escort the guests to their rooms, especially for those guests who are not century located, and as being further away from the rest of our family, we had a good 6 to 8 minute drive to our room. Airyn was our driver and heard me complaining to my wife on the drive. We asked if there was anything that could be done to get a closer room since the front desk rep was so insensitive and unapologetic and it was going to ruin our entire trip! We were so far from our family member, whom we only get to see once a year. This trip could’ve been a complete nightmare, but Airyn was so kind to phone the front desk and ask about the room availability. He got us situated in our original room and said “don’t unpack yet we will get you situated to be a closer to your family”. 10 minutes later he came back to grab your bags. He said “I got you a closer room” and I said how? and what he said was the best sense of hospitality I’ve ever seen. He said “we want to make sure you have a best guest experience” and apologized about the front desk rep not being able to accommodate us. Airyn is a star employee who understands what hospitality is. Airyn made our entire stay the best possible. Id like to know what the front desk is doing about Marylyn? And her inability to understand the basics of the hospitality industry. The only reason I would return to this establishment is because of Airyn and his foresight to see how a terrible experience could be transformed to an amazing one! Thank you buddy, you made our trip a complete success. PS. They have a nice spa too!…
We had a wonderful time at Silverado Resort & Spa. We had a wonderful room. We also had a delightful meal at the Grill on Wednesday 2/25/23. We had Oysters Rockefeller and Steaks. We also brought a bottle of wine and they didn't charge us inappropriate corkage. We had a terrific time and explored Napa. We also had 2 appointments at Wineries. It was restaurant week in Napa and we had delightful lunches
Located a few miles behind Napa. In the rolling hills of the Napa Wine Country. Went there to lay the South Course after having played the North Course a year before. An easy Course. Bit run down, fairways not well maintained. Cart paths often broken and with many holes. Course a little scruffy in places. Not a busy course, just a player here and there. Expensive. The North course is undoubtedly the better option.
We loved our stay at the Silverado Resort and Spa! The staff here is really amazing and goes out of their way to be helpful. We went over the weekend 2/4-2/5 and unfortunately the weather wasn’t great, but even with that bad weather you can see that the grounds are really nice. When we checked in, the staff members had a shuttle bus show us to our room because it was far. They also offer the shuttle service if you want to drive back to the mansion or to the market. I spoke with Scott to get recommendations for wineries to visit and places to eat and mentioned it was my husband’s birthday, he was so helpful and even gave him a small gift! We were blown away with his service. We found a winery based on his list that he gave us. We also had our toddler with us and the staff was really kind with him, some places aren’t so kid friendly in Napa. Overall we had a great stay and look forward to coming back again!…
The service at this resort is spectacular from the start. The staff at the main building were all so helpful – they really set a wonderful tone at the start of the stay. The property is gorgeous and well maintained. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite and it was absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were clean and immaculate. We had breakfast at The Grill and the food was delicious (shout out for the brussels sprouts!). There are complimentary Tesla charging stations which was a great added bonus. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night so we didn’t get to try the amenities (fitness center, spa, heated pools) but given everything else we experienced, I’m sure those amenities are fantastic as well. This resort is certainly worth the splurge!
My company spent two days at the resort for a work retreat. We had a great time on the back deck before entering the ballroom for an amazing buffet dinner. The amount of choices was amazing. The food tasted great. We had karaoke and dancing to end the evening. The room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I especially enjoyed a morning walk along the golf course.
From the greeting on the front drive, to check in and service at the restaurants, I had an excellent stay. Despite the cool weather, my room was cozy and warm. The Grill had a really nice breakfast. The bar in the mansion was fun and lively as I walked back to my room from a wonderful event in the ballroom.
My husband and I stayed with another couple in a 2-bedroom suite for a special birthday weekend but we were sorely disappointed. Our suite was so far from the hotel entrance and facilities. It’s a 5-10 minute drive so it’s too far to use the pool, gym, or charge our car. The parking gate to our suite was not working when we returned at midnight. None of our keycards worked and our 2 cars were trapped outside. We had to drive to the hotel lobby where they were not even surprised. Not even one apology for the inconvenience. They gave us a code to use instead of the key card because they said the gate always malfunctions. The should either fix it or supply the code in advance to everyone instead of wasting our time. Then, in the early morning, we were woken up by the loud gardeners mowing the golf course! The hotel needs an upgrade. The beds were uncomfortable and the towels were thin and old. Wouldn’t recommend staying at Silverado.…
