Listen, me and my Honey booked a last minute vacation to Napa. About a week before our stay we called to get assistance with booking wineries and recommendations for restaurants. We spoke to Gil via phone. She provided us with an extensive list of options and offered to book reservations for us. Upon our arrive, we entered a beautiful lobby with a very chic, cosmopolitan feel. Our room was wonderful! Great bed and an awesome balcony with a fireplace. The bathroom was awesome and spacious and the bathtub was huge! Ok, back to Gil. Gil was so helpful to us throughout our stay. We made several changes to our agenda and she was ready to assist. Hertz @ Sacramento Airport (STAY CLEAR, btw), gave our PRE-PAID 4 day rental car away, so we were forced to book an expensive truck with another rental car agency. Gil jumped in to assist us with returning the vehicle without having to drive over an hour back to the airport for a small fee. Upon our departure, she texted us to thank us for staying at the hotel! She also offered to reach out to Hertz to attempt to assist us with recovering our money we had to shell out unexpectedly. She is the real GEM of the Archer...Don't hesitate to stay here. You will enjoy the hotel and LOVE the Concierge!

Perfect place to relax in Napa. Unfortunate circumstances with fires but everyone was exceptionally nice and gracious. Beautiful property and furnishings. Rooftop had varying hours due to smoke from fires but still has the best view in Napa bar none.

We celebrated our anniversary at Archer. Our room was beautiful with a fireplace on balcony. The staff were supper helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and made us feel comfortable with requiring masks & hand sanitizers in various locations. Located at the heart of downtown Napa, we were able to walk to restaurants for dinner. Highly recommend staying at Archer.

We enjoyed the stay here but with one exception. If you advertise as dog friendly and don't display the rate, it's a little surprising to see that the charge is $150 for 1 night for a 14 pound dog. That's not very friendly. After further research I see it is consistent across the Archer brand but not knowing that ahead of time was a bit shocking. I don't regret staying at the hotel because the location is great for walking around, but the $150 is a little exorbitant and why I didn't give the stay 5 stars.
