This motel is high end. Be sure to call management as online ads such as Priceline and booking.com are not providing all the necessary details. As with all the motels in the area, this motel is compliant with state laws in respect to Covid 19. They go well and beyond to protect their clients.

Two great stays at this well-cared for property. Furnishings are in great condition and the cleanliness was a high standard. The simple breakfast of toast, cereal, coffee, juice will get you on your way. Good location, near public transit, shopping and easy walk to downtown.

check in was easy, room was clean. nicely remodeled. bathroom/shower was excellent. parking plentiful. only complaint was breakfast was 630-930 and we got there at 915 and mostly all items were gone. I had toast amd there was enough milk for a half bowl of cereal. saw an empty box of yogurt, danishes, and I believe what was an empty fruit bowl. there was plenty of juice and a very nice coffee machine.

My first stay last May 2023 was fine. This July trip summary:
1. On check in was told not to use the sliding door to the patio because opening it might disturb other residents.
2. The satellite system on the TV would only hold the signal for a few minutes each of the 3 days of my stay.
3. I received a text message saying a white top sheet had a stain and I would have to pay for it. I asked them to show me the stain and it was nothing out of the ordinary like tomato stain, wine stain, etc. and easy to clean with a wash.
4. When I asked at 4:00pm why my bedding and towels were removed by housekeeping several hours earlier but never replaced the manager accused me of not answering my phone for room service to enter where the previous days they have always knocked on my door. I asked them to check my phone and you could barely here it ring and I sincerely doubt they tried to call me as I was working in my room the better part of the day.

A surprisingly modest price for the area, a lovely room and quiet! (Rooms are not directly on El Camino Real.) I was particularly taken with the little touches -- the bottles of shampoo, etc., hanging from holders and therefore not wasting all the plastic of those little tiny bottles, a very large shower with a choice of faucets. A microwave and a Keurig coffee maker, a lot of Indian TV (but also American, handy for me as I don't speak Hindi) 3 mirrors, non-generic decor, and extremely clean. Also, wonderfully these days, humans who pick up the phone and have answers to questions. I hope I get another chance to stay at the Aria soon.

Newly remodeled hotel, clean facilities and towers and comfortable bed. The receptionist was so nice to offer us a room in the back away from the busy street, I did not hear any traffic noise at all. The location and price is unbeatable. Will definitely come back next time.

I recently stayed at the inn. Checking into the hotel was easy and it’s great to receive a warm welcoming from the friendly staff in the lobby. I appreciate the attention to detail and cleanliness that the management provides. The bed looks nicely made with fresh linen and the entire room is impeccably clean. I’m able to sleep really well in the comfortable beds knowing that each room is inspected for quality and cleanliness before it is rented. The rooms have been beautifully renovated and I really love the rainfall shower. It is also very helpful to have a microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker in the room. Great restaurants are within walking distance. Thank you for the wonderful stay at the inn!

It feels like a family- run business. Mother and daughter take turns acting as front desk managers and between them I feel a happy sense of trust and interest in my well- being. While this is a no frills experience, the rooms are always clean, the beds comfortable, and I've always been able to park my rental car on the property ... usually with room to spare.
I don't bother with any of the provided food or drink so I don't have anything to say about that.
My favorite aspect of my stay is the rain shower that always has good pressure and plenty of hot water.
Do not be fooled by the rough exterior...
The price is very good for the comfort provided within each room.

We loved staying at this remodled hotel with a stylish bathroom that had distinctive tile and rainshower. Great ammenities include shampoo AND conditioner. Coffee in the room. Friendly staff. We'll be back.

Stayed in the Inn for a month for work. Room is very clean, smells great, has heating/AC and best of all comes with fast WiFi and an office chair with a desk perfect for when I need to work from home. Front desk staff is very pleasant, nice, and always available. Hotel staff does a great job preparing the room each day including the bathroom. Bathrooms have sufficient venting and are kept tidy. Always able to find parking near my room and the location is perfect on El Camino Real - close to many shops and restaurants within walking distance. I have not had any problems whatsoever with noise nor any inconveniences of any kind as the rooms come equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. Great value for such a prime location in silicon valley, would highly recommend to anyone!
