The experience is terrible. I went to Mountain View and stayed in this hotel for one night. On the next day morning, the person at front desk told me the check out time is 12:00 PM and I thought it means midnight, so I left a few cloth there. I came back at around 6PM and they told me the...

Good morning, Just to clarify the situation check out time is 11.00 am and we extended that time for you to 12.00 pm, a checkout time for midnight that day would be another night stay. We did not charge for an extra night. I do apologize for any confusion and miss understanding that the situation may have caused you. Thank...

Not bad for business. Room wasn't ready the first time I got there, but the rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. Love the fridge and microwave in each room. The new exercise room will only make it better. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, but not a fan of the microwave bacon.

I stayed here on business; it was booked by company with which I was interviewing. Their regular hotel they use, was booked, so they chose this one instead. The accommodations were good. Everything appeared clean. Usual free breakfast fare each morning. It was quiet at night. The shower was great, really good water pressure. The bed was very firm and...

We stayed at Crestview for a week as a family of four and really enjoyed our stay. The bathrooms were modern with large spacious showers, and rooms were also spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful when we asked about places to visit around San Francisco, giving us maps and directions to follow which...

Here for 4 nights in May to attend Google I/O. Plenty of free parking, easy to find. I was on the ground floor, close to the entrance and eating area. The noise level was not a problem, bed was comfortable. The breakfast was basic "help yourself buffet", not brilliant but ok I suppose. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was...

I stayed in this hotel with family around 5 days. It is not too bad. They have hot breakfast in the morning and chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon. Soft and moist. Some are hard. The reception desk were not really friendly. The other staff in the kitchen weren't that friendly. I did not see a exercise room. The room...

Their wi-fi system was terrible! I could never connect to the router nearest my room; and when I connected to another one, it was always dropping me. When I complained, they said they would reset it, but if they really did, it didn't help. I was there on business and had to use my iphone hotspot the whole time. A...

The room was indeed spacious, but the standard was low. The breakfast was enough to not be hungry, but scrambled eggs prepared out of powder in a microwave is not what I can accept. The staff was friendly. Wi-Fi worked well. Overall, definitely not a romantic place, it is more like a very expensive higher standard motel.

This should be the last resort... literally. As I had to book at the last minute, I could not get accomodation elsewhere but could get it in this hotel and I soon realized why. The only thing good about this hotel is its location right on El Camino. Rest everything was not so good... Overall the hotel was a bit...

Stayed two nights during a business trip. Clean and spacious room. Simple but tasty breakfast. Shopping centers within 5 minutes walking distance. Free parking in front of hotel. Also additional parking spaces from the shops next to hotel. Internet connection worked very well.
