Beautiful area and lake. The campground itself is adequate. Our site was not level and quite dusty. The bathrooms and showers were okay. I recommend wearing sandals in the shower. The restaurant Lake Sis Grill and Brew was dreadfully understaffed. It took more than 45 minutes to get a table (there were plenty available) and at least that long to... More

We live 90 minutes from Lake Siskiyou and had heard about the Splash Zone. We were not disappointed. I took 6 kids ages 11-14 and this was a great way for them to get good exercise and enjoy themselves unplugged from all their electronics. After the $1/person entry fee for day use, parking is free and shaded. I recommend dropping... More

Campsite was very dry, dusty and unlevel for a 35ft 5th. No power when we tried to plug in. They did resolve the issue fairly quickly but their advertisement stated 50 amp service. Out of about 400 some odd sites only 7 are actually available with 50 amp. Smaller trailers would be okay but when you call to make a... More

I hate to leave a review like this but I really believe in leaving honest reviews on both sides and our recent visit to this camp resort was disappointing. First of all, we were very surprised at the price of our stay. We booked a larger tent site, enough for 3 families. The $25 only covered 2 people and one... More

I have come back every summer for a few years now. It is a peaceful place in the woods with a nice beach. There is a great view of Mount Shasta from the beach. The water usually warms up in the summer so one can enjoy swimming in the lake on warm days. It is a little nosier on weekends.... More

During 4th of July, I reserved 4 days to RV at Lake Siskiyou. I found the place nice for a larger camp and RV park. The bathrooms were clean but really old. The only negative thing for this large facility is they have only 1 RV dump site. This naturally caused a back log of exiting RV ers to wait... More

Many things to see and do here. Kid- and dog-friendly. There is a store, arcade, small pizza parlor, large beach and marina with boat rentals. A bike/hike trail circles the lake. Fishing is good here and nearby. Stores available in town.

Its a little cramped, but RV camping with full hookups on a beautiful lake facing Mt. Shasta is hard to come by. Some of the roads were in need of repair. It is a clean campground. The kids working in the store were not professional, but I understand it is a summer job... Bring your Kayak and enjoy yourself...

We visited during the off season, so had the camping area mostly to ourselves, plus the five deer who dropped by a couple times. The sites are fairly large by RV park standards and all unique. One must negotiate some branches and ground that isn't necessarily level, sort of like ground the way it was supposed to be. We were... More
