The price was right, but the breakfast was not a typical Comfort Inn. We understand things are different because of COVID, but this was the only motel with such a LIMITED breakfast. No cereal, milk, yogurt, cheese sticks, boiled eggs-all things that are COVID friendly. Your choice was a frozen egg and cheese croissant or frozen burrito. They give to you in wrapper to take back to room to microwave. So if you stay, plan on going out for breakfast.

We were attending the Saturday wedding of friends in Morgan Hill. While recent stays at Choice Hotels were less than stellar, as a Choice Rewards member I decided to give them another chance. The Comfort Inn in Morgan Hill was everything we could have hoped for. Obvious attention to detail. The hotel was clean. It smelled good. The room was well-appointed (and very comfortable). Everything worked as it should have. Breakfast was good. Desk clerk was friendly. Hotel is conveniently located near US-101 Freeway. Amenities include pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise room. Rooms have microwave and mini refrigerator and thermostat-controlled HVAC. I was impressed!

Stayed here to save some money to stop short of driving into Silicon Valley and then go into town in the morning. We did not have to drive in till after rush hour so this plan worked very well, but perhaps not so much if you needed to be there early. Front desk guy was very welcoming. This was a Comfort Inn rewards night, so great value especially for free!

We were on our way to the airport in San Jose. Our flight time was early afternoon. Hotels in San Jose near the airport are much more expensive than this hotel which is reasonable for what is offered.

I had checked in late in the evening and wanted to visit 88 Keys, a bar/restaurant nearby that I had seen listed in the room. The problem is that it had just closed, according to its listed hours. The desk clerk called them and said she had a guest who would be right over if they would let him in. They agreed (see my separate review of my great experience at 88 Keys), but it was the great staff at Comfort Inn who made it possible. I really appreciated it.

this lovely place is an all in one expiernce! aside from the cleanliness of the rooms & the modern decor,the prices are extremely affordable. the staff here work nsynce with eachother,very organised& well informed.Top Noch Servise from front desk Joel & Ash! the manager is a very tell man he is so courteous & respectful. the bmaids are veryb nice and all smiles. I can say this because this is my 3rd time here and it has been the same service ,cleanliness, and great pricing. We stayed here as a halfway point to our destination, and it did the trick. It was right off the highway and close to stores and casual dining, but not much else. The lobby was nice, and the breakfast was good. The front desk staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was large, but the pillows were bad and our remote didn't work.

This is a very well-oiled machine, run by the most qualified management and staff. I've stayed here the last two consecutive years and surely I've considered it my home away from home. GM Sunit Doshi is very personable and treats all guests very well. He makes triply sure that our stay is one that we won't soon forget, and that it'll make us return in the future. His great management style is reflective of his staff--friendly, accommodating, pays close attention to details and most helpful!

Definitely some effort put forth on this property. New carpet, furniture, etc. Breakfast was decent (seating area is limited, I could see this getting crowded on the weekend). Cute little outdoor pool area. Where they fell short, and I think this is Comfort Inns in general -- check in is a painfully slow, inefficient process. I've been spoiled at Hampton where they have keys ready, you show an ID and they hand you a key. (Thankfully they had express check-out) An oddity was the room was full of light switches on occupancy sensors. You fumble around just trying to get a light on. Or off. But, everything was clean and functional.

The desk staff were all very nice and friendly. We always ask for recommendations for dinner, and they offered up their ideas. The room was comfortable, very typical for Comfort Inns. The beds were comfortable, the TV and WiFi worked well. The bathroom was clean with the double shower curtains that make a nice touch and keep water off the floor. Coffee maker in each room. The included breakfast was the one found at most motels today: eggs, a meat, fruit, and a waffle maker. Good enough to get you started in the morning
