Very pricey, and sites are very close together (crammed in). Some of the grass is astro turf, and others that have grass, are dried up and weedy and not watered. Pool is so-so. Could be cleaner, and have more poolside chairs, lounges and umbrellas. Lots of sites are for permanent residents in "park models". No picnic table at my site.... More

This RV park was a decent place to stay a few year ago. I particularly liked all the trees. On the east side there was plenty of shade. Unfortunately they cut 9/10 of them down. The service has steadily declined as well. I was awoken this morning just after 8 by a loud leaf blower just outside my window that... More

We travel from place to place, as my partner is in the power line business. Arrived in June and at first I thought of "pleasantville"--all the trailers the same and rows and rows of them with fake turf manicuring the yards. But I have to say after 6 months, this has been my favorite place to stay! Friendly staff, a... More

My wife and I are full-time camp hosts for Oregon Parks and Recreation. As such, we are acutely aware of the needs and wants of recreational campers. Maple Leaf obviously needs to take a lesson. They seem to cater to non-recreational campers, that is folks who are in the area working. We were awakened at all hours of the night... More

We were so pleasantly surprised to find such a nice, clean place to stay. This park is close to town, well-kept and staffed by very friendly people. All of the publicly used facilities (restrooms, laundry, pool, hot tub, etc.) were immaculate. There was always a staff person visible during business hours either taking care if trash collection, landscaping maintenance and... More

We went with our RV club. It's a huge park, and very well maintained. Trash is picked up daily. There were a lot of permanent tenants. Their sites were tidy. The biggest issue was that they treated the streets like a subdivision instead of an RV park. The 5 mph speed limit was not enforced, and a few times I... More

Info said heated pool well as in many places the sun may heat it but that's all. Electric blew out. Otherwise the rest of park is nice. Office help is good and restrooms are clean. We stayed here in a motorhome and would come back.

I had a class reunion in San Jose and while there we stayed at Maple Leaf RV Park in Morgan Hill. It was an okay park. Had a lot of spaces, but most of them are taken by what looked like full time people and some of them were pretty messy. Sites are close together and there's only enough room... More
