The rooms were semi-updated and included small fridge and microwave. The biggest problem we had was the lack of parking. The lot is very small, and we had trouble if we got back later in the evening. My husband was also disappointed because the entire pool area was closed during our stay at the beginning of summer. It's California, it's pool season all year! (We're from this town, don't live there anymore, visited for a wedding.) Next time we will probably stay somewhere nicer for a little more money, but the location is good. Close to the freeway and near some restaurants.

Do not go their so many complaints I don't know where to start just do not go there Dalia the front desk lady stole my deposit because there was a little washed out missing from my room so I went to Target and bought them 10 towels and still she would not accept it because she wanted to keep my deposit to top it off I had to smell her stank breath all the way from the back counter I almost threwup

If you want bugs, and a filthy room, this is your place. There was hair on the bed and pillow, bugs crawling in the air conditioner and the shower. Filthy under the bed-used condominium wrapper and just plain disgusting. If I could give this place a negative star-I would! Extremely rude customer service from laylonna. Headboard wasn’t even attached to the bed. The door doesn’t even fit properly, non functioning refrigerator. Terrible!

So… to start, the office was a mess; there were wires hanging everywhere. We were given a smoking room (who has smoking rooms any more?!?!). When we got to our room there was a older man sitting just outside the room next to us. Turns out he’s a homeless man who was there to detox. Right after we discovered that, we were interrupted by what I assume to be a meth head who was literally knocking on doors looking for cigarettes. The parking lot was filthy. The room was nasty. The whole place was truly miserable. My wife and I spent half an hour there before deciding to lose the $80 I paid to stay there and drive home. Gross on many levels…

Our stay was from October 5th through the 8th, 2017 Horrible place, we arrived late (told them that when we booked), arriving after midnight was given room 113, there was NO bed in that room, then we were give room 110 which was a smoking room, ( requested non smoking room when booked due to allergic to smoke, was given room 112, which was fine, slept there in the morning looking around room, one electrical outlet has off with exposed wires, I took a shower and about slipped, went to get a non slip mat for husband was told they do not have any. Told them if he fell they would have a law suit on their hands, they moved us to room 107 which was a handicapped room, low and below there was NO smoke detector in that room, the whole unit was missing with just the base on the ceiling. I took photos. I have reported them to the Moreno Valley Fire Department , station #2. And will be calling the code enforcement and fire prevention tomorrow. Thank you MVFD for the numbers. Never had any housekeeping services the whole time we stayed, had to go down twice to the office night window to request towels after 11pm. On top of everything you have to pay an extra $20.00 deposit for damages or stolen towels. We have stayed here in the past with no issues. NEVER AGAIN, FIRE DEPARTMENT SAID THAT IT'S A BAD PLACE! Be warned. The floors were dirty, don't go barefoot or wear white socks.
