This was an amazing stay. Staff really awesome. I can’t wait to go back. Free taco Monday night. We sat outside enjoying tacos and the breeze Simply refreshing. Free breakfast many choices to make a complete breakfast.
Overall hotel and room were very nice. Unfortunately there were very loud noises that went on throughout the night and was not able to sleep. For the price having had to pay for one night this is disappointing and unacceptable.
The location of this hotel is perfect for us. Right next to Costco, and minutes away from UC Riverside and downtown Riverside. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It offers free breakfast and UCR discount. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I have stayed in an Ayres Hotel property twice in the past and every time all my needs were met. All of the employees were so gracious and kind kind and gracious and very accommodating. It actually feels like a friendly, warm, family hotel. We were attending a graduation and returned late and I was pleasantly surprised to see security guards in the parking lot and one of them graciously opened the front door of the hotel for us. This was very reassuring and civil as she helped my elderly mother into the hotel. The room, the beds and amenities were exactly what we needed and it was so sweet of them to arrange a room across the hall for another family member, who was staying there, for our convenience. Coffee and toast were all I wanted first thing in the morning and my only minor complaint was that the handmade omelettes would have taken forever (or I would have ordered one!) because there was only one person making them. So, I passed and simply had toast with butter and honey. Additionally, the hotel was located near many restaurants and when we checked out the next day, it was very convenient to find lunch nearby before we headed home. Thank you, Ayres Hotel, and I will certainly enjoy another stay at your wonderful hotel.…
The customer service was great from check in to check out. The complimentary hot breakfast was even better. My room with two queen beds was spacious with a fridge and microwave. While I wish I could have stayed longer, I do plan to book again wherever I visit the Moreno Valley area.
This hotel is excellent! very clean and the staff is fantastic! breakfast is great with plenty of options :) there are many things to do & places to get food around the area. I have stayed here many times and look forward to staying here many times in the future!
All needs are provided for and all employees friendly and helpful. Location is prime for a variety of interests such as hiking, shopping, restaurants, sightseeing, and if one chooses to use public transportation, transit system is also good. My view was beautiful from my clean and spacious king size bedroom. Breakfast includes an omelet bar ready for your desired custom made entree. Lots of breakfast choices for different palates. Patio area was my favorite place to enjoy beverage while reading the paper and watching hummingbirds enjoy a rock fountain water fall. Love the staff and their desire to make sure my stay was one I would like to repeat. Mission accomplished !
It was a great price for all you are offered there. However I prefer the Vista/Carlsbad hotel with Ayers. This one in Moreno Valley, there were two people in the cafe “unmasked” with a “no big deal” attitude. And under the circumstances, I preferred protection, for all reasons. The hotel should “make CLEAR” no one is allowed inside anywhere, but in their own room, without a mask! Signs are posted, but it is up to the staff to ENFORCE THAT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. So that was my only complaint.
We had a great experience at Ayres Moreno Valley. Steve (the manager) was super helpful in getting our family rooms next to each other. The included breakfast was much better than I expected (it had made to order omelets, among many other great items). Our rooms were comfortable and well appointed for what we paid. The location and proximity to other restaurants and shopping was fantastic. Overall we had a great experience and I would book this hotel again.
I had a beautiful, spacious room with a king bed at an affordable rate. The staff was super friendly. There was continental breakfast with a made to order omelette station every morning with fresh coffee and self serve eggs and sausage. As part of a bridal party for my friend’s wedding, I enjoyed getting ready in her corner suite with a view of the snow capped mountains. The location was good and right down the road from the wedding venue. Ride share service and door dash were accessible and it wasn’t too remote from stores like Costco. I would absolutely stay here again!
