Enjoyed our stay, the room was very nice with extras like microwave and plate ect with a nice location. However breakfast arrangements were inadequate; literally a bun fight and staff were a bit surely. Also you had to pay for parking which gave you a bit of a sour taste.

We stayed as a family in this hotel for 4 nights the rooms are large and offer plenty of space. The location is good with easy walking to all, restaurants are easy within walking to down town ( 5mins) My only criticism was, we had room 234, one of the spa pools pumping system is through the wall next to... This was a lovely hotel in a great location, the only downside was no safe!! Also only a sofa bed for my daughter when we booked for 3 people, but would def recommend and stay there again. We visited the aquarium which was great and also Carmel which was just gorgeous

We booked this hotel 6 months in advance of our Californian holiday. As the Internet site looked great. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room also has a lounge & fireplace and small balcony. My main complaint was that I felt the hotel was extremely understaffed. The breakfast room is very small and you are very lucky... More

Our family of five and our two small dogs stayed here for three days in July. My husband and I had stayed here about twenty years ago, and we remembered it fondly. This time around our situation was different, and it did not work out for us. We were placed on the second floor with a patio, but right by... More

The rooms are badly soundproofed and therefore extremely noisy, dark (because of big surrounding walls which let no light come in) and need to be renovated. The good thing was that the rooms were pretty clean, offered a lot of space and had a fireplace. The patio was useless. Feels more like a prison because of the huge walls and... More

We arrived here after driving from our stay at Embassy Suites in Sacramento and the contrast could not have been more extreme; where everything at Embassy Suites was just so perfectly clean and relaxed, The Hotel Pacific was just awful, the elevator has a sign that asks to please excuse it's condition as it will be renovated, this filthy thing... Beautiful rooms - think they are all the same - it's just all about the location! So pre request a courtyard facing room as we didn't and were on main road facing a building site and a bit noisy but to be fair the double glazing is good. We loved the room decor as was very restful we were on... More

We have recently had a 2 night stay here. Our room was a decent size with 2 double beds, tv, microwave, iron and ironing board. The bathroom was a decent size and the shower very spacious. The hotel serves a continental breakfast which you can collect and take back to your room. We understand that Hotel Pacific is a 4*... More

We arrived late to a friendly lobby staff and easy parking right under the hotel. The room was fascinating -- seemed to be made from an old factory or other industrial building, with wide pillars in the middle of the room, and a bit of Mexican flair. Just a couple of blocks from the wharf. The room was very comfortable... More

Dear Katrina, We are very happy that you enjoyed your visit to Hotel Pacific and we just want to thank you for acknowledging our hard working staff. The hotel was built in 1986 and it was built with that old spanish hacienda style feel so great job on catching that. We hope to see you again the next time you... More
