We thought the room was very nice. We loved that it had two doubles and one twin.We are 3 sisters and love that we each got a bed. The beds were very comfortable. The location was great. The staff was friendly.

Even though the motel is nice, the front desk is horrible. When I checked in the guy didn't even look at me, not to mention greeting or, God forbid, a smile. The room was comfy and big (double bed room) - but for me the bad service just left a sour taste.

Terrible 3 day stay! Young man in the front office was rude and lazy. He spelled my name wrong saying my credit card was denied. Upon checking with my credit card company, they informed me the person submitting my name was spelling it wrong. Smoke detector chirped all three nights! I asked the front office 4 times to fix it....

Positive experience here. Just your average motel with standard amenities. The pool indoors, I thought that was pretty neat. However we didn't get a chance to utilize it. Single-serve Keurig in our room and works great. Also a microwave and mini-fridge that both came in handy. The bed was so-so for me, as well as the pillows. The area is...

Nice motel, good room, has an indoor pool though we didn't use it. Breakfast is included but breakfast area is small and was fully occupied when we went, no big deal however. Also is close to the airport so a bit of plane noise though I didn't hear anything overnight. Would recommend as an overnight stop.

This place was the perfect stop over off The PCH, not far from the fisherman's wharf and docks. It's clean, modern & smells amazing! Denny's across the road for late snacked and breakfast. Check in was simple and effortless. Not too sure about the swimming pool, not inviting at all, if I was them I'd fill it in and have...

Comfortable nice room at a good value but quite noisy as the rooms are on three noisy streets. The remodeled room was well done. Try to get a room that is inside the complex rather than off the street.

But very pricey! I know it's Monterey, but $180! OUCH. that said, it was a very pleasant, clean room. We stayed there many years ago and they have really upgraded the rooms since then and you certainly can't beat the location after a long day at cannery row and fisherman's wharf.

Our room was clean and we enjoyed the pool. Unfortunately their continental breakfast ran out of food by 8am on two mornings of our stay. We were even asked to pay $1 for each extra Keurig coffee for our room. The beds and pillows were mediocre at best but the cable TV was very bad quality - no HD! The...

big and clean rooms. hotel close to airport, quite noisy. Poor experience with staff at the reception for internet problem and for breakfast. No smile, no empathy, no care for customers. Breakfast room also too tiny for the size of the hotel, can not cope with the amount of hotel residents.
