I have stayed at the Otter Inn for years....this is an AMAZING remodel. I was very impressed. The service is great as always, and was so happy to see the same staff. The price was very fair, hopefully it stays that way. Will continue staying...More

Hello - no A/C but you wont need that in Monterey as it is generally breezy and you are fairly close to the ocean. Pastry basket was pre-packaged Danish, granola bars & a couple of pieces of fruit - nothing special but might hold you over until lunch. There are bakeries & restaurants w/i a short walk for other breakfast options.
