Ten years ago, this hotel was just a step above Motel 6 quality but the service was top notch. Since that time, it has undergone the most extensive renovation I have seen at a Hyatt property. Since my last review in the spring of 2009, the property has received even more significant enhancements which include: Air conditioning added to the... More

Stayed for one night before making my way further up north. Was towing a trailer and requested a room as far away as possible in hopes that there would be empty parking spaces to park the truck/trailer. They gave me a room in the far far corner, and there was plenty of space (and no neighbors). perfect! how could it... More

Thanksgiving week for 4 nights was very special. The weather was lovely and the area around the hotel including the golf course made a beautiful setting. The rooms are very well done and I appreciate having a small refrigerator. It was fun taking morning strolls and seeing the number of families traveling with their pets. I have stayed here numerous... More

Here for 5 nights for a family gathering, and we enjoyed staying at the Hyatt. Requested a quiet room and was well- pleased with a room facing the golf course. Was made to feel welcome with consistently friendly, polite and attentive service from staff throughout the hotel. Daughters loved their massage at spa, too. It's a big campus and we... More

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, at first sight you get the feel that you have arrived to a winter lodge. It was just as pictured, rooms were spacious, and so was the restroom. The entire property is clean and well kept. I loved that we were on the first floor and had our own patio looking out... More

As a LONG time resident of the Monterey Peninsula- we as locals need to know there is a great hotel; reasonable rates; PLEASANT STAFF etc for our many out-of-town guests and occasionally ourselves. Recently we have had a need for a 2-5 night stay twice within the past 9 months for ourselves due to a remodel project here in our... More

The hotel was easy to navigate to. The check in staff were friendly & helpful. The property has a lovely feel. The rooms are spacious & ours opened out to the pool area. The executive lounge was a lovely area with great service from an attentive hostess. The beds really let the stay down. I woke after a night sleep... More

I've stayed in this hotel many times, but I found out that building 3 smells like they have a sewer problem. I had the same problem two months ago, same building and told them, but no change. I went into other buildings and it smells cleaner. So heads up, stay away from building 3! Besides the smell, the rooms are... More
