We stayed three days, two in Wabe, and extended our stay one day in Brillig. The accomodations were beyond expectations, unique, and playful, yet elegant and refined. The beds were plush and comfy. The sheets were smooth and silky, and the towels extra absorbent. Breakfasts were ever so delicious, and our hosts anticipated our needs better then we even knew to... More

We were especially impressed with how well Rick and Suzanne took care of our 12 year old daughter who has both a severe tree nut allergy and is gluten intolerant. She had the best gluten free french toast she has ever had (with blueberry sauce and cream cheese stuffing). I had the non-gluten free version and it was amazing too.... More

This is a great place that is close to Cannery Row and the aquarium, just a short 10 min walk (though there is a decently steep hill to go down/up on the way there and back). Rick and Suzanne were wonderful hosts, willing to help with anything we needed, and offered great recommendations on which beaches were best to take... More

My husband and I stayed at the Jabberwock for our one year wedding anniversary. The entire stay from start tot finish was one to remember. The room (Mimsy) was comfortable and had a nice view of the water. The staff was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was absolutely delicious (Best B&B Breakfast we've ever had!). We would highly recommend the Jabberwock!

I liked this inn reasonably well, but I really wanted to love it. It's a very handsome property in a great location, close to the water, between the wharf and aquarium. The inn is well-maintained, and attractively, if quirkily, furnished. Breakfast is very good, though rich (although the hosts seemed accommodating with less caloric choices). There are the usual high-end... More

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. I believe our hosts did a fabulous job accommodating their guests needs and desires. I don't think Rick and Suzanne could have been more pleasant. I especially enjoyed the small carafe of brandy on the fireplace mantle in our room. The breakfast was good, but a bit heavy on the sugar content. Personally, I... More

Stayed at Jabberwock for two nights. It's a friendly B & B that's well located - walkable to Cannery Row, easy to get to Carmel, 17 mile drive, Monterey etc. Our room was clean, the welcome friendly, and there are lovely communal living areas/dining room. The board showing who is staying is a nice touch and we enjoyed the conversation... More

There is a possibility that I will run out of superlatives for this property. I stayed there with my wife recently for 5 nights during a touring holiday of the west. We also returned for an additional 2 nights after a short visit to Yosemite. For those that haven't looked at their website this unique bed & breakfast inn is... More

We will soon spend our third night at Jabberwock -- it's a sumptuous place with whimsical and delightful touches. We've stayed in Toves and Mome Rath, and both were wonderful. We cannot recommend this inn more highly.
