We stayed 1 night here after a holiday in Yosemite which was part of a US roadtrip. The room was fine, clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable. The annoyances started at around 6am when the door outside our room (which was an exit from the hotel) started banging and banged until we had enough of it and went for... More

The hotel was fine, the issue was after we checked out. I left my iPad in the hotel room but did not realize it for several days. I called the hotel two days later and was told that they may have it, asked me to describe it. I was told they would mail it to me, it is now over... More

We stayed one (!) night on our way back from Yosemite to the coast. Room and rate was ok, except the bathroom seemed a bit sterile and unkind. Breakfast was plenty (for US standards at least), but also sterile, plastic and without any attention to details. However, the big issue is that the reservation charged my credit card for two... My wife and I spent one night here recently. When we returned to our room after dinner there was a nicely dressed lady outside with her elderly husband passed out on the sidewalk. She said he was drunk and she needed help. The main was so drunk he wasn't responding. I quickly notified the hotel clerk. She said they didn't... More

The staff were very helpful and the morning breakfast was what you would expect, cereals, muffins, eggs, bacon, etc. The hotel was clean and recently refurbished. Many other reviewers complained of the noise. I would tend to agree that the freeway noise is there but I didn't find it a reason to leave a bad review. Basically, it's a hotel... More

We were in the handicapped room the first two nights. It's OK, but we didn't like that the water kind of spills over into the floor. The staff was very accommodating to us and let us switch to a regular room with two queen beds. The rooms were clean. Breakfast is complimentary, but during the 9 days we stayed they... More

I reserved three rooms for all my family. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner felt like I was in the Arctic circle. I got a real good price for all three rooms. My experience with the staff was that I didn't have any issues. I paid online before arrival. From the hotel to Yosemite... More

This was great accommodation at an affordable rate! The Inn offers everything you could possibly need for your stay! Pool was nice and rooms big enough for two, bed was super comfortable! Within walking distance of a local bar, dinner next door and a petrol station across the road!

Quality Inn, Merced, CA ZERO STARS! This place ought to be shut down due to fraud. They charge your credit card for charges that are not approved and not your charges. The staff is PATHETIC! Julie who says she is the manager and states that she has no boss, is USELESS! When you call to find out why your card... More
