5 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 days ago NEW

Here's a 5 star I got for the price of a 3.5 star and was delighted. With one of the best restaurants in this upper scale neighborhood, a very historic Stanford University feel and perhaps the best music and drinks at a super-upscale patio scene in NCal, this is a fabulous place to stay; essentially a resort. Although the address... More

Not only are the workers super sweet and helpful but you feel safe here. I have been here a lot every month I visit and the food is great the coffee is always hot. Fresh cookies every evening and I'm lucky to have this hotel. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are always clean with fresh water and... More

In my many trips to Palo Alto, I never before thought about stay at the Stanford Park. While technically in Meno Park, it is literally across the street from the Stanford Shopping Center and a 2 minute drive to downtown Palo Alto. The hotel has a car to run you around town within 3 miles. The staff is friendly and... More

We stayed for 3 nights while visiting the area-got a great deal on Expedia. We loved it! Our room was gorgeous and very comfortable. It was quiet and parking was very safe. The grounds are very pretty and pool area is tucked in the middle. We hope to visit again.

Stanford Park Hotel is located on a busy road at the edge of Stanford campus. The property is situated on a private lot surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The Hotel is relatively small and the parking is convenient. The hotel is conservatively fitted with tasteful furnishings. The courtyard was beautiful. In room water, and snacks are delivered daily free of charge.... More

Oddly Stanford does not have a truly five star hotel, except for 1) the Four Seasons, which is far away very expensive and on 101/edge of East Palo Alto in a marginal area with nothing to walk to at all, and the 2) Rosewood, which is equally expensive on Sand Hill near the 280 and likewise with nothing to walk... I found this hotel because the nearby Four Seasons had spiked its rate to a ridiculous amount. After my first stay at Stanford Park, I knew I'd found my new go-to for frequent trips to the valley. Warm, friendly, elegant but super casual. A great patio with music - it feels like a little oasis after a day of business... More

I have been visiting Silicon Valley for over 50 years - it was mostly farm land in the early days. Ricky's was the favorite watering hole. I was Chairman of National Semiconductor. Stamford Park is now my favorite -people can come - park - and go easily. The courtyard is perfect for meetings - meals - drinks in a continuous... More

Despite only staying one night, we had a great experience. Not only was our room excpetionally clean and comfortable, but the pool area was very enjoyable. The cherry on top were the fabulous just baked cookies that are saved at night.

Hotel staff were extremely accommodating to my family during our extended stay while in care at Stanford medical center. Very empathetic and jumped over backwards to help secure same room for entire stay. Thanks for providing that extra "human" touch.
