Amazing new property, in a recently developed office park, within minutes of Facebook's Offices on foot and roughly 30 minutes without traffic to SFO. The staff at the property is overly attentive and engaging, you can also see it in the maintenance of the property. The lobby is an amazing space that opens to an outdoor terrace and pool area... Resturant equally amazing if you don't feel like driving into the center of Menlo Park (roughly 15 minutes and super cute!)... The rooms are ultra modern with great views... Price can be a barrier depending on your budget, but it is a Marriott property...!
My stay was really good. But I wanted to do a shout out to: Karla Romero Jose Equivel Rafael Vasquez These valeys were a great help with info and were at times swamped. Still managed to be super helpful. two thumbs up
wonderfull rooms, clean and trendy, next to facebook office and 15 min from the airport. staff is very friendly- alisi did a woderfull job during the check in proccess. very modern place with view to the ocean
Location is perfect if you are here for work with facebook as the campus is just 5 min walk from hotel. Other campus is around 30 min drive. Room is neat and service is excellent. Nice restaurant which serve decent breakfast and cocktails Will not recommend if you intend to have a relaxing holiday in SFO as it is quite a drive to fishermen wharf or city area
The Nia is very modern, very clean, very pleasant, and very close – a 5 minute walk – to the Facebook campus. Or to put that last point differently, it's very far from anything else. So it's location is either perfect or in the middle of nowhere, depending on what brings you to the area. (It's also 20-25 minutes south of SFO – about $20-25 in a shared Lyft/Uber.) My room was lovely: modern, clean, comfortable. The TV was easy to navigate. The free wifi ran at an acceptable 10-15mbps; you get get more if you wanted to pay $10/day, but for the normal business and entertainment purposes, the free wifi is fine. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The bathroom was a good size. The shower worked well. There are plenty of plugs around the room. A Keurig coffeemaker makes Keurig coffee. The hanging closet was roomy and easy, although its glass doors and amber light made it a weird focus of attention for the room, but who cares? The staff was courteous and generally helpful. They let me extend my stay until 6pm of departure day, which made that day much easier for me. On the other hand, nobody at the front desk knew how much it would cost to take a cab to the airport. The bar-restaurant is appealing. The food is high end, or at least inventive. My garlic flatbread was actually a generously sized pizza for one. Expect to pay the usual sort of inflated hotel restaurant prices, but not as bad as some. For me, it was 4.5 stars, but since I was indeed there for a Facebook event, I'm rounding it up, not down.…
