The Inn is spectacular with a splendid view of Smuggler's Cove. We stayed for our 29th wedding anniversary and a lovely bottle of champagne was left for us in our room. I was amused to notice that many of the guests spoke in hushed voices during the amazing meals that are included with your room. I think this is a... More

The Inn is the most beautiful place. You feel welcome from the instant you walk in; greeted, settled in with a detailed tour of the room and very nice bottle of bubbly! The room was very large and very comfortable and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. Our dinner and our breakfast were both scrumptious and we felt very relaxed... More

We only stayed one night as we were going further north. However this Inn is exceptional. The premise is stunning as is the view. The rooms have two comfortable armchairs, an electric fireplace and balcony overlooking the sea. We stayed in a room called Heron. The provided a buffet at 5.30 to 6.30 where there was as much food as... More

EVERYTHING about Brewery Gulch Inn is first rate. The rooms are fabulous - from the fireplaces to the warmth ambiance & 'welcome home' feel. Chef Peg's breakfasts are beyond fabulous - millionaire bacon yumminess (that's bacon with brown sugar and chili sauce - hot & sweet & salty all at once!). The alpaca throws are like giant hugs after you... More

I recently visited this hotel with a group of friends. It is located on the Mendocino Coast, across the highway from a dramatic ocean view. The beds are luxurious and the rooms spacious. Every day at 5:30, they host a wine hour with a "light dinner buffet," which is more than enough food for dinner. There was a plethora of... More

A very accommodating and lovely inn. Great staff, service, with comfortable rooms. Room comes with a very full breakfast and lite supper/ wine which was enough for us for our dinner. Vey good good food btw. Lovely view of Smugglers Cove and close enough to Menocino for shopping or a meal. It is on the pricey side.. Although I did... More

My husband and I stayed two nights this week at this wonderful Inn. The staff were all excellent and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect in every way. Chef Peg creates memorably delicious meals- highly recommend staying here! We enjoyed the pelican room with its views and fireplace. Would love to come again!

Our stay was great the room was clean and neat the bed was very comfortable and the view was magnificent. Everyone there was gracious and helpful. We will be back in the future and I would recommend it to anyone who asked about the north coast. The breakfasts were fantastic, The rest of the food was great.

This is a great place for a few nights stay. Beautiful setting and gardens. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were superb and the early evening wine buffet was so good we did not need to go out for dinner. The room was large and very comfortable with its own terrace - although the weather was not good... More
