I agree with Bernadette - contact Nick's Cove. Or visit their website. I think that there are sometimes minimum stays, sometimes not. We only stayed one night on the 4th of July.

Sorry, did not checked this site for a while... I do not know about check-in/out, we've arrived around 4 PM and left 11 AM.
