Advertised as 3 star hotel with wifi and breakfast, I paid $322 for 2 dreadful nights. Wifi was $7.99 a day extra, there are no facilities for food (the lobby is 10 feet by 8 feet) no drinks (coffee, tea etc supposed to be in room) and no toiletries apart from 2 shampoos. The furniture and paintwork were old, uncared...

In prepaid arrangements made through Booking.com, we were locked into a two night stay at $170 per and it was a generally unpleasant motel experience. For starters, front desk was inhospitable, rude and dismissive. But the worst of it was the bedbugs. When we requested clean sheets, management only grudgingly came through. Customer service? Forget it. We made up the...

I have been staying at hotels all over the world for more than 7 years, and have had several good and bad experiences. I still want to wistfully single out this particular hotel for that harrowing night. I had reservation of a 2 queen bed room (188$) in this expensive hotel for the four of us. I reached the hotel...

We had to stay a night due to road closure and with limited internet access didn't have time to check out reviews. After we left in the morning, my wife noticed a slight itch but didn't really think anything of it. Then a couple hours later the bites began to flared up. Contacted the inn and got the run around,...

I got a refund but they tried not to. Surly man said I should have told him as soon as I saw them but it was 4am. Slept in the chair because I am nice. When I started yelling BEDBUGS in the office the woman in charge ran out of the back and processed a refund. This is what I...

My husband, sister and I stayed at the Yosemite Inn several days ago. My sister woke up with bed bug bites all over her. We approached the owner/manager to discuss this, and the owner threatened to call the police if we told other guests. We also observed another man in the office who was covered with bites. We heard the...

I am covered with bites. Thought it was an allergic reaction at first until another guest said he had had bed bugs in his room. The woman at the desk said she would call the police if I told other guests. Avoid at all cost.

This is a old motel and the rooms were just okay. A place to spend the night. We reserved two rooms on Expedia.com and indicated we would pay at the motel. There were two couples. When we registered, I specifically told the innkeeper that we would be paying for one room and the other couple would be paying for the...
