Mariposa is less than am hour scenic drive from Yosemite, that's probably the reason to charge approximately 50% more than its actual value. The buildings remind me of barracks, that tremble every time someone climbs the stairways. No refrigerator or microwave oven in the room. The plumbing is very noisy, you can feel when your neighbours take their showers or...

First, I always like to highlight the positives. The location and surrounding scenery is gorgeous! The staff was very polite, friendly, and attentive. In all of my travels, I have never had the receptionist call the room shortly after we arrive to make sure we're satisfied with the room, which impressed me. The room is very affordable, and everything in...

The hotel itself was pleasant enough. Rooms clean . Breakfast fine but the Internet was very poor which for me was a disappointment as we were from the UK and relied on it for contacting home. We had to go and sit in bars to get connected. We also had a downstairs room and could hear the family in the...

A bit dated. If you walk bar footed you can feel the unevenness if the floor bed was nice and stiff however the pillows are a bit soft. The hot tub was very nice but the pool is NOT heated and dirty. Friendly staff. With in walking distance for places to eat, shopping and bars. Liquor/mini mart right in across...

Had to book a hotel at last minute and did not have much time to research. So so rooms. Lots of shotty workmanship on fixes to the room. For example, wall paper stapled back on wall and passion overspray on walks

Service was good and continental breakfast was good. Rooms were small which was expected and if you have a lot of bags on the third floor, there are no elevators so any exercise junkies may love to extra exercise to move all your bags up. Location is helpful on your way to Yosemite but aside from that, not much else...

Coming into this quant old Gold Rush town, we spotted up on the hill this place to stay the night. No reservation of course because we didn't know how far we could drive from LA till I got tired of driving. Good choice. Clean, comfortable, no traffic noise, reasonable & b'fast too. (This had a lot to be desired however)....

Front desk staff were polite, though a bit perfunctory. Limited cable channels, no msnbc. The wifi was woefully unstable. I wasn't looking for fiber speed, but didn't want to have to go through the stupid login dance again and again. In my next upcoming trip to Yosemite, I'll probably stay somewhere else.

Stayed 3 nights while we visited Yosemite valley. Rooms clean but a bit dark and will need updating soon. Quiet unless you have the kind of people above who like to exercise their pet rhino at all the hours of the night 🤔🤔. To me it's one of the greatest mysterys in life at bedtime, me wash face, teeth ,...

Stayed for 3 nights as a base for Yosemite most people it seemed stayed only one night as rooms were constantly changing. The first night we had a herd of elephants upstairs and the parents seemed content to let their baby elephants run around all times of day and night. The noise was unbearable if they hadn't of packed up...
