We were checking in the late evening however the guy on duty was quite helpful and gave us some recommendation for the next day breakfast since the hotel does not provide it. Room was not bad and spacious. however we have small visitors in our room but we were fine with it.

My husband and two teen children and I stayed one night at the Mariposa Lodge. The place was basic but clean and comfortable. It also was walking distance to a cute breakfast cafe and a nicer upscale dinner restaurant. The cost was a bit high for this basic room.

1-night stay at an older motor-lodge property with new comfortable beds and very clean. Small fridge, coffee maker but didn't use. New coffee house- Slim's, across the street. Perfect location for waking up early and beating the crowds into Yosemite Valley that is a 45-minute drive away. Mariposa is a great town to end up in after a day of... More

We spent two night for the trip to Yosemite Park. It's about 1hr drive to the park. Clean and quiet place. Room well equipped with microwave, small fridge, free wifi. It's close to virtually everything. We walked to Sugar Pine Cafe for lovely breakfast. Would coming back.

I stayed at the Mariposa Lodge for two nights as a staging location for a hike in Yosemite of the world famous half dome The lodge was clean, spacious and an excellent value. Mariposa is a delightful town with some excellent choices for dining and shopping. Knowing that the area is dominated by rustic and older properties, it's evident that... More

No issues with the room and check in and out was a breeze. I will deff be staying here again. The entire lodge was calm and quiet. This spot made the Yosemite entry easy and quick. Thanks again for the enjoyable stay.

Needed a room at 11pm. Very accommodating when we called. They rented us a small Cabin on the back side of resort. It was very quiet and clean. The cabin was a bit dated. There was only one window unit in the living room so the bedrooms were warm. The beds seemed more like double beds and not Queens. The... More

We enjoyed our stay at the Mariposa Lodge. It was a quaint place with a great location. If you are looking for something fancy, this is not it, but if you looking for something clean and comfortable, this is it. Had a nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Loved the old fashioned keys for the room.

We really liked this lodge and it was located in a good area, close to some great restaurants and easy access to desired locations. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning in the room was really nice which made it easy to forget that the outside temperature was 104 degrees, we were very grateful for that. Yosemite is... More

I booked this "lodge" (who's kidding who, it's a motel) based on the relatively good reviews on TripAdvisor but must say we were disappointed. The room was small, very dated, and the AC didn't work all that well (I had to turn it down to 56 to keep the room cooled to about 74 degrees). In addition, after my wife... More
