We are normally big fans of Hilton Garden Inn But not this one. The place is a disaster. We were in one of the renovated rooms but had to navigate the disaster of a lobby. During the day hard to rest because of the drilling noises. Totally dispirited staff. The dining room is a sterile mess. The exercise room is missing all of the lighter weights. Great location and maybe when the reno is finished stay there but check before you reserve. There should be a massive discount but there was not.

Wonderful hotel, close to beach and LA for sightseeing. Rooms were clean and spacious (loft room). Staff friendly enough. Paid parking is under the hotel. Rooms only cleaned ever 4 days and you have to ask at reception for essentials like toilet rolls ( I think this is unacceptable- I don't mind the room not being cleaned but asking for essentials is appalling for the price paid). Don't think I would stay here again. Be warned (not a hotel issue) there are homeless, drunk people everywhere in california - such a sad sight. Positives - room sizes, staff Negatives - pool is freezing !, over charged at check out with no explanation ( over £180 - no idea what this was for). Rooms only cleaned every 4 days. You have to ask for things like toilet roll (not impressed with this)

Rooms are recently renovated and clean. Fitness center is lacking over half the dumbbells that should be there. There was no cushion/mats to use for stretching or floor workouts. The room was always at 73 or above, too hot to workout in. Overall, I was far from impressed with the fitness center. Easy walk to Marina walking path and to Venice Beach. Location is a + Lots of good eats nearby

This hotel is near LAX, but is far enough away to not be called an airport hotel. Stayed here on our first night in California after a transatlantic flight. Easy access, plenty of parking, huge room and quiet location (at the side overlooking an empty parking lot). Next morning there was a nice walk across the street by the marina and small beach. The hotel was undergoing a remodel so the breakfast buffet felt a bit basic but was fine. My only complaint would be that the Hilton app booking process did not pick up my request for a cheap offer breakfast and this resulted in an unnecessary discussion at checkout.

We had a lovely stay! In LA for a wedding at the Fantasea yacht line and this hotel was perfectly located, just across a crosswalk from both the harbor and Killer Shrimp bar/restaurant. Walk to shopping and in Venice was about 25 minutes, or only 10 on the electric Bird scooters. The hotel also offers bicycles for rent. Our stay included breakfast which was buffet and the kiddo loves the make-yourself waffles, while we love the coffee/tea bar that’s always available. The room was clean and spacious. The pillows are a variety of firmness which is nice. The pool was a bit of a walk from our room and simple but very functional and the small hot tub was comfortable. The bridal party spent the day getting ready in a multi-floor suite just off the pool and the room was perfect! High ceilings lots of room to primp and celebrate the big day! We would definitely stay there again. …

I've stayed here a few times over the last few years, it's ok, it's not amazing, but it's ok. It's clean, it's safe, it's easy and the location is great in my view. I always book a bungalow room, external to the main building. Feels like a serviced apartment. This time: the hotel is undergoing major renovations, would have been good to know that in advance. Constant hammering 8am-5pm, furniture everywhere as they rip everything out to replace with new. Ok, wish i had been aware before booking. I walked through breakfast and it looked terrible. Other than that, room is cleaned every day, parking is super easy compared to other hotels in the area, front desk staff great (female working there was awesome, the other males working, not so much, found them rude). I walk to the Marriott for bar/food when required, 3mins walk and the staff there are really nice. If you need somewhere clean and safe in the area it's fine, Marina del Rey is nice, it's close to Venice, Santa Monica etc. …

Do not stay here It’s crappy. There were bugs and the bed was hard as a rock.and the staff was so disrespectful. And a man named Bryan we called to book a room and he promise me a Junior sweet and I got a normal room and it was bait & switch. I was primes a Junior sweet and I got a basic room.and I payed 120,000 points. And it was not worth it. Do not stay here these whole plays is a scam. Hotel is dark and needs updating. The fitness center is tiny. The coffee is really bad in the lobby,room, and the restaurant. Just replacing the generic with Starbucks would go a long way to making a better experience. Beds are are comfortable, rooms are large with lots of storage. Staff is friendly and well trained.

Room was a nice size. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, bathroom sink and vanity were very outdated, whereas the shower was actually nice. You couldn't access the patio because the hotel is too lazy to install new doors that properly lock at night so they just have them completely inaccessible instead lol. No breakfast included. No real marina view either. The gym was missing lots of lifting equipment. I did not your the pool while I was there. We checked in as Honors member. I won guest of the day. We did not receive welcome bag. We were not told of breakfast credit of 10$ toward a 20$ standard, simple buffet! Even when we checked out we just asked why breakfast was so expensive? We were told it is an upgraded buffet. No mention of our credit we were supposed to have???
