The Marina Dunes RV Resort comes by their name honestly. The ocean has provided some amazing sand dunes in this area and this charming little campground offers great access to a huge sand dune area. This cute little place is hiding out and is a bit of a challenge to find but well worth it. You will be greeted by...

Marina Dunes RV has always been the preminum destination stop for my wife and I. Our 6 day stay last week 1/16 - 1/21 was quite a surprise as the park is now under new and improved management. All the hookups are being updated to the new style pedestals and the grounds were imaculate. The sites are very roomy but...

The place feels quaint and comfortable, the sites are well maintained and outfitted. There is the background noise of hwy 1..but, not like trucks using jake brakes or the like, just highway noise, which we usually drown out with fan... Park itself was quite...The layout of the sites is on a pretty good hill (we stayed on lower side of...

Since there are not too many RV parks in the Monterey area you can expect to pay a higher rate than other places. It is right off HWY 1 so if your slot is near the freeway you will hear some road noise depending on the age of you RV. Recommend using GOOGLE EARTH or the satellite feature of other...

Not many choices when it comes to RV stays in or near Monterey, so I was not that surprised that a place would cost $80+ a night to park a 30ft trailer, with full hookups. We stayed here for 6 nights, over Christmas. Overall I was very happy with our stay. The place was clean, and felt safe. As others...

We visited this R V Park in December of 2015 and were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness of the restrooms and the general poor maintenance of the park. Reluctantly, we returned in December of 2016 and were pleasantly surprized to see the park under new management. What a positive turnaround. The park facilities were clean and maintenance employees were...

Only stayed two nights but it was quiet and comfortable. There's a clubhouse with a pool table and tv. A small on-site store but they didn't carry much this time of year. Our 30ft. RV fit nicely and had hookups. The dunes are a short, 10 minute walk. Would most likely stay here again.

We stayed here for one night as we are touring the big sur. We booked this park from England and we were so excited. This is not how it sounds on the website. Its right next to the Ca1 Freeway which is noisy all day and all night, it never stops. Yes the dunes are near but there is a...

We are sorry to hear your time with us did not meet your expectations. Yes, we recognize the noise from HWY 1 can be intrusive to some. We find ourselves in a challenging position, as we are on the west side of the highway where there is only a road between the park and the dunes/beach, so we have no...

If I didn't know better I'd say this place was perfect. Close to Monterey, pacific grove, 17 mile drive point pinos lighthouse, Carmel. Ample space for your 5th wheel and your truck with space left over for a picnic table and a supplied fire pit. A short walk is all you'll take to get to the beach. Clean park, store...

Thirteen days on the road and we found this Eden. Clean, quiet, restful, well appointed, and the staff members are so friendly and so helpful. This is a great location for the Monterrey area. We are going to relax here for a couple of days before we continue on. Just perfect.
