Very reasonably priced . But I noticed some people got similar and a better room than me even though the room was the same size. I had to ask for thing that I thought should be in the room, like a fridge. I had no hot water for half my stay after 12am. Once to met annoyance I had no water whatsoever as they were fixing the system. It would have been nice to have been told so that I could have my shower earlier. The dryer machine was not working. Thus I had to walk to the adjoining hotel with damp clothes. Breakfast was very basic. I only went there once. I ended up only having a cup of juice because it was a nit of a mess really, people starring at people who ad just walked in, kids loading up on sweet food and nothing interesting at all to eat. The staff were very nice. They helped you in best best way you can if you asked for something. This includes the desk staff to the ladies who looked after the rooms and the odd job man. Parking was great and I had no trouble getting t where i wanted to in south LA everyday. Close to the beach for those who like that type of stay

What I liked about the hotel: Low price; close to beach! Check-in clerk (Anthony) was pleasant and very personable! What I disliked about the hotel: Scary people hanging out in parked cars in parking lot; carpeting in room was filthy; TV did not work; refrigerator was removed from room and not replaced; handle on shower fell off during a shower; When I checked out no one in office, office was locked; TV remote did not work; Absolutely no place in room to hang clothes; ironing board and iron hanging on wall next to bed????

Very great hotel and staff very clean and comfortable. When I first got there I was having trouble getting a room due to the fact that the booking site I was using had messed up and not updated some of the hotels room availabilities. So there were two workers names Jesús and Jazmin who I explained what happen and they both went out of there way to do the best they could to help me out due to the incident that had occurred last minute ! Over all very great hotel they take very good care of all there guests! Will be staying here every visit to California from now on

The hotel is well located, near to the beach. We had a great time there. The pool and jacuzzi was nice. For a great price you get everything you need for a good time and most important the ladies who helped us with the checking were amazing, specially Jasmine. She helped us with places to meet in LA, always very attentive to our needs. In general the hotel has an amazing customer service, good location and nice rooms!!

I stayed at a 4 beds room for 5 days 4 nights with my family of 6 people over the Christmas holiday. We saw 3 ants crawling on the wall along the mirror and in the bathroom the late evening after we checked in. I didn't think it was serious the first night. Then the next morning, we saw packs of ants all over the detergent washed containers on the counter top beside the sink. I informed the front desk regarding the issue but I was offered to downsize to a 3 bed room or a more thorough housekeeping around the counter area for the day. Downsizing was not an option since we have a senior and 3 kids ranging from 5 years old to an infant. The front desk promised a thorough cleaning around the counter area then. We got back to the same room at night and saw a silverfish in the bathroom instead of ants. I immediately put a cup over the silverfish and have hotel staff to witness the scene. But staff said not much could be done other than downsizing and no price adjustment for the downsizing. The hotel manager hasn't been around but I was offered to contact him myself. I called the hotel manager, Lupe, right away and calls went straight to his voicemail. I texted and emailed him with photos and got no response at all. Housekeeping got worse the next day. The silverfish died in the cup but the housekeeper only removed the cup and didn't even clean the dead silverfish up. It reflected how the hotel room floor was cleaned and the janitorial services were provided. It was unfair and unacceptable for any guest to experience. I want to warn people to stay away so you could have a much better vacation than my family.
