Not worth the money at all. And they are not doing housekeeping. Which I get the precautions but other hotels are. Also they charge for parking that is not even secure. Not going there ever again. Restaurant inside the hotel is closed.

Hotel's Favorite
Room was perfect. Adrienne assisted with check in. She was courteous both over the phone and even more so in person. She explained the technical parts well and was thorough when I was uncertain about the incidental hold. Jamie was professional and offered great advice with recommendations. Aricela? - was very pleasant and remembered my name each time I went down for breakfast. Housekeeping was polite and did not knock on my door until check out!

I am a Hilton Diamond life time member and have been loyal for many years. After years of traveling to LAX and having the same tired Hilton hotels I decided to change. The Belamar came up as a Hilton Tapestry hotel. What a mistake. This is just another tired property in a bad location, small rooms and no service. Granted we are coming out of Covid but this really falls short of a Hilton property. 1. Charges $100 for a surcharge they will give back in 3-5 business days. I am a lifetime Diamond. We should beyond this 2. The hallways reek of mold 3. Rooms are very small 4. This hotel does not qualify as a local boutique Hotel the tapestry model says it is 5. For the first time in 6 years I was asked for my Hilton honors number. Sad thing was after a long day my phone was dead 😢. Seriously I really have nothing positive except the front desk person was trying. Stay away.

This was my first time staying at a Tapestry Collection property and I loved this hotel. Room 309 was cozy and has a nice view of the Courtyard, the other guests must have been on their best behavior because I did not experience any noise or smells that others had mentioned. I received two bottles of water and breakfast vouchers when I checked in and I liked there are plenty of places to eat at in the area. I was not charged for parking and look forward to staying at this property again; it was a nice departure from the Hampton Inns and Hilton Garden Inns that I usually stay at in the area.

Check-in was great with Adrian she was welcoming and nice. But When I booked one more night Jamie at the front desk helped me, she wasn’t so helpful, not friendly. The rooms are nice, very comfortable bed, but the room was on the first floor so every morning at 7 am the people above my room were moving furniture, walking around which woke me up, super annoying so get a room on the top floor. The pool and hot tub was small and everyday (3 days) I was there it was full of people so I couldn’t use it, super annoying. The restaurant is not open, no room service or cleaning, which I find these are Covid excuses because I stayed at other hotels that gave full service. And the restaurants in the area are NOT walking distance, you must drive.
