First stay of our trip around California. Friendly staff, nice rooms and good places to eat nearby. Its next to a busy road but the noise wasn't too bad. Short walk from the beach. Wifi was ok but dropped out a few times.
The hotel is not fancy but it is clean and reasonable for Manhattan Beach! The beds are comfortable and it has a little fridge in the room. The bathroom was clean and the shower had great pressure. There is no hair dryer in the room...More
Every edge and corner was dirty. The towels were thin. The carpet - I made the mistake of walking barefoot after my shower (the shower stall was clean except for a few hairs from the last guest) the bottom of my feet were black.
This hotel is as basic as it gets but is priced high due to its location. Fork out the extra $20 to stay at a Holiday Inn instead. If this hotel was anywhere else it'd be worth $45!
